Really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable room with amazing views of the town and waterfall. Very quiet and relaxing location. 10 mins walk from the thermal baths. 20 mins to the centre of town and tourist areas. Taxi from the bus terminal was $1.50. Lovely staff who cook a delicious breakfast of fruit, eggs, bread and coffee / fresh juice. Rooms are freshened up and beds made daily. Can use the kitchen to cook dinner.

Really lovely rooms and bathroom. Hot shower! Included breakfast of eggs, pastry, fruit, juice and coffee. Beautiful view over town all the way to the waterfall from our room. Lovely staff! We could use the kitchen to cook dinner. Very close to the thermal baths.

The property is located 8 min walk from the center. It is very quiet, the place is very clean, the breakfast was very good, the room was spacious, beds are comfy and overall the value for what you get is on point. Highly recommend staying here.

The breakfast starts at 8am which is late is you want to go hikking or on a tour. On the second day, the staff agreed to have it at 7:30am.

The hotel is quiet, the room was huge and the staff was very kind.

The pictures are accurate and this place is amazing. The staff are excellent and helpful. My room was very nice and comfortable with a good hot water shower. There is great pride taken to keep everything clean and beautiful flowers in the common areas. The included breakfast is very good. The walk into town is not difficult and you will find many restaurants and stores. I actually like being on the edge of town as its quiet and offers great views of the area. This is a great hostal and i would definitely return. Thank you

10 minutes walk from the city (we used the car most of the times). Also they were doing constractions with a lot of noise. They offered us to move to another room a bit far (we didnt want) but still.

Beautiful place, nice rooms, attensive staff, breakfast is good and changing a bit every day. Laundry for 2 dollars a kilo. We stayed 6 nights.

the pillow was extremely hard and the price was slightly different to what booking.com said but it was nice so I didn’t mind paying an extra 12 dollars

The filtered drinking water was always plentiful. Also, Jonathan at the front desk was very helpful. He recommended a great ice cream shop, and was pleasant to talk with.

The hot water would sometimes take a while to heat up, no big deal.

Great quiet location, just a 10 minute walk to the center of Baños. Beautiful property with a nice garden with flower and birds. Everything was as advertised: clean rooms, comfortable beds, wifi, secure parking, and a good breakfast. The staff was super friendly. They washed our clothes for us for a small fee. We would definitely stay here again!

There was absolutely no soundproofing at all. You could hear the noises from the street like you were sleeping there. Same with the noises from the hallways and neighbour rooms. Really unpleasant if you want to go to sleep relatively early. . Neighbour ecuatorian family was taking 2 hour long shower late in the evening - and it sounded like you were in the shower yourself.. I wouldn't recomend this hotel to anyone who wants to get a good sleep and rest in silence. At least not at the weekends when people are coming here to party. Don't come to Baños at weekends unless you want to see crowds of people doing basic stupid partying. Cable channels weren't working at all, just one, others all blurry.

Room was nice and cosy and the hostal itself is nice. There is a kitchen you can use. Location is nice, a little bit away from the centre, but still at walking distance.
