Room was clean apart from stained linen (which the property threatens to charge you for on a poster) and beard trimmings on the shower wall.

The area is a little out of the way, but very close to the airport, which is why we chose it in the first place.

There were some other guests making loud noise in the midnight and playing on the corridor but the staff didn’t stop them.

Because of the lack of ability to go out, it would have been great if they sold wine or beer and snacks at the hotel. We ordered a taxi the night before to pick us up at a certain time in the morning, but it didn't come. Considering the only reason to stay here is to go to the airport, this was disappointing and stressful. In the end, I think the front desk guy phoned a friend...because eventually (20 minutes..we could have walked!) a miniscule car came that was full of groceries! I don't think it was a taxi at all. We had only very small backpacks, but anyone with luggage would not have fit! Thankfully, only a short drive so all was fine but would have been much nicer not to have that stress.

It was an okay room with an excellent shower. It served the purpose of an inexpensive stay close to the airport for our morning flight. It was suggested by our driver that brought us from Cuenca not to go out at night, so we ordered pizza to our room.

The tiles in the bathroom were very slippery coming out of the shower when wet and the breakfast was 2 stars at best. Instant coffee (yuck) scrambled eggs with no other choices and toast with some horrible margarine type spread. A decent coffee would have made a big difference for someone like me who is coffee dependent. Sorry, just telling it the way it was. Would go out for breakfast next time if I stay again

I requested a quiet room which I got and bed was comfortable and the shower was fine. Pretty much what I would have expected for the price.

Some rooms did not have the ability for the tv to connect to services such as Netflix or YouTube. I would like to know if the room I am getting will have those accommodations.

I liked that the staff was very welcoming and had met my needs.

There were minor maintenance issues but they didn’t impact my stay at all. The doorknob was wonky, but it worked. Someone was being really loud outside my window, but I don’t know if the hotel could have done anything about that. The neighborhood seemed really quiet in the daytime, so maybe it was just some other guests.

The staff went out to a restaurant to get food for me and brought it to my room. Everyone was super nice and accommodating of my mediocre Spanish. The room was simple but clean and functional.

Perfect for a one night stay. Close to airport and bus terminal which was exactly what we needed as a stop over traveling from the Galapagos to Baños. The staff were helpful in organizing our taxis from the airport and then to the bus terminal the next day. We had a large room with AC which was definitely needed as it was 33°C when we arrived! The area itself doesn't seem too nice but we ordered Uber eats to the room which was very handy. Overall we would recommend this place to anyone who is on a layover in Guayaquil or needs somewhere close to the airport

The arranged airport pickup didn't come. But the next morning the hotel paid for our taxi to compensate.

Rooms were very clean. We arrived at 2am and had no trouble with check in. The location is really close to the airport and bus terminal.

WiFi wasn't the most reliable.

Great location close to the airport and shuttle service provided by the hotel for $5 was good. Staff at reception were helpful. Room and bathroom was spacious. Room had aircon.

The owner was terrific. Our flight did not arrive until 1 am. He stayed up and welcomed us with open arms. The room was great and cozy with an AC unit that cooled us off quickly.
