The location is great. The flamingo laguna is incredible. The staff are all very nice and kind. Rooms are kept very clean.

Breakfast not the best but ok.

Great view from our balcony of the flamingos on the lagoon. Worth booking this room. We were collected from the port and transport was arranged for us to the airport on departure.

Our rooms were on the top floor, exhausting to go up every time (font forget anything in your room before going out). The first morning we had to leave early on a tour and despite we were told breakfast would be ready from 6-9am. It was 06h30am and the cook lady hadn't arrived yet and we left with just a cup of coffee and a piece of bread; no eggs, juice at all.

The pool helps a lot especially after a long Sierra Negra volcano tour. Our room was big enough, with closets, AC and WiFi. Breakfast was average.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, large room with nice view over the flamingo lake. Breakfast included and was available from 6.30am which was good for day tours. Overall definitely recommend

The staff was super helpful and super friendly, they were always available trough Whatsapp to get the latest information for tours. Breakfast is good with delicious scrambled eggs. Rooms are spacious and have what is needed for a comfortable stay. Location is right in the center of the cosy Puerto villamil

We asked to extend the departure time from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and were denied even though the hotel was almost completely empty

Our room 4 with balcony and look at lagoon was smelling very bad all the time. We couldn’t even open the doors or balcony. In our bathroom the water hose leaked so the bathroom floor was all the time very wet. The room floor was very dirty even though the room was cleaned.

They had workers in sorting the pool, so I didn’t fee comfortable being in the pool. But that’s just me being a solo female traveller.

Because it is all powered with solar panels if you want to shower later in the day you will need to wait, but it will get very hot in a little while.

The staff was super friendly, the hotel is quite new with spacious rooms and has nice views. The pool was clean and there were always fresh towels waiting for you. If you have an early activity or ferry they will give you a lunch box.

Room was great for the location and the check in staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was fine on our first morning and we could help ourselves to toast, eggs, juice etc, but after that it was brought to the table and it was a case of getting what was given to you! The shuttle bus to the port was good and although check out is 9am they allowed us to keep our room until 12. All in all a good place to stay on a lovely island.

The hotel and associated tour company were a little disorganised. Forgetting to collect us from ferry, incorrectly booking ferries and having incorrect times and pickup points on tours. However, everything did work out ok in the end and staff were very attentive and helpful

The room was not protected against any noise from outside or the other rooms. We woke up everyday at around 5 am because there was a crazy rooster in the neighbourhood crowing every 30 seconds from 4 am onwards. Breakfast was also really basic and not regularly refilled.

The hotel was close to the centre. Also the staff were really friendly and helpful, trying their best to help us arranging tours also on other islands.

Second room we stayed in was a little musty smelling but unfortunately the islands can be humid and damp all the time so it's a hard task to not have things get musty.

The hotel feels a bit sterile and lacking of a personal touch.

Rooms were comfortable, the location good and the staff friendly. Being able to see flamingos during breakfast definitely a plus. Access to the jacuzzi was limited but it's nice to have that option.

The only thing we missed was a refrigerator in the room for cold drinks.

Location was amazing - from our room we could see both the ocean and the flamingos in the lagoon. Pool was lovely and cool. Everything was clean. Breakfast was filling and we liked that we could get our own coffee and make our own toast. There was a big bottle of drinking water, easily accessible.
