The showers! The showers are water saving rain showers that are installed so high it’s impossible as a woman to shower without getting water all over your dry hair. Because the holes in the shower head are so far apart, the water sprays out not down in a direct way, so you end up with water sprinkles sideways - it’s almost impossible to wash off soap lather. Rain showers are bad enough for women (impossible to keep your fresh blow dried hair intact) but these ones are even worse than most because they are so high, and ridiculously impractical. Also, the bottles of product can’t be squeezed so you end up throwing most of it away anyway, because it’s impossible to get the conditioner or body lotion out of them. But the product itself is lovely!

From the moment you arrive, you are looked after exceptionally well. The staff here are just magnificent and will do anything to help you with whatever you need. What a joy! The rooms are spectacular, the views are spectacular, the beds are so wildly comfortable you could sleep for days. Beautiful lighting options as well so you can enjoy a peaceful evening in, chilling out with nice lighting and great food.

Safe location. Large and neatly designed room, shower and amenities. Nice touches with warm water bottle in bed every night. Fast elevators. Good food in resto.

It was my fault, but I didn't realize that this hotel isn't close to the historic district. However, the area around the hotel is nice and lively and has a lot of eating options.

This is nice hotel with an amazing staff. They went out of their way to be accommodating to us. The room was nice and a good size with a great bathroom.

Not a dislike but the hotel was not easy to spot from the road, on our arrival the taxi driver overshot it and had to turn back.

Well decorated and very clean. Shower is really good, in fact it was the best we’ve had in Ecuador. Everyone is very nice at the hotel and always ready to help.

The wifi was not very strong and I ended up not using it at all, but I had phone service so it was not a big issue for me.

Le Parc used an air freshener in the main foyer and in the common passageways of the hotel which was overpowering. We would recommend using less of this substance.

The location of the property in the business area of Quito was ideal to access restaurants and shops.

My room, Mini Suite, was awesome. Wonderful decoration, comfy place. I would go back there.

As I was traveling for work, having a gym was an important aspect of my stay. The gym was undergoing a restoration - which would usually be fine, but I wasn't informed when I booked the room.

Location was great, and the facilities at the room were very good as well. Everything was super clean. Breakfast was varied, though not exceptional.

There is a bar above the hotel, so the room on the 12th (top) floor was quite noisy. I could hear the music from the bar, the movement of chairs, the steps etc. It was quiet after 1 a.m., though :)

Very lovely boutique hotel! The staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. The beds were soooooooo comfortable, I didnt want to get out of them in the morning :). I really enjoyed my stay.

The cloying scent everyone. The roses were a nice touch but it seemed that they used an essence or perfume as well and it was really overpowering.

The staff were very helpful & polite and went out of their way to sort out a bill discrepancy. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The added hot water bottle was a lovely touch.

The beds were simply far too soft or a mattress, making sleep uncomfortable

The location was great, short walk to mall. The staff were exceptional. Hotel itself is sparkling and we will return as soon as possible, this is our new favorite hotel in Quito!
