Amazing hotel. The view, nature, volcano… i have no words to describe. We ordered room with big panoramic window. You can lay in the room in front of the window and dream! Staff are so acomodating and friendly! Facilities are comfortable. Bed, pillows were so fantastic. Breakfast has no wide choice but it the same in all Equador. But food very delicious. Espessialy for dinner!

For the price you pay, every option of breakfast should be included. Moreover, the service should have a 100% satisfaction focus which doesn’t come across from the front desk personnel.

Big and comfortable spacious rooms, very pleasant and welcoming. The hotel is very well maintained, full of rich beautiful gardens with plants and flowers. The staff is very kind. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Pools with great view to Banios.

-We went to the spa 3 days and either day we were not given any form of paperwork to fill out regarding our history of allergies, conditions, or surgeries. In my personal opinion, that's a VERY IMPORTANT step a spa facility should NOT skip. - Very limited breakfast options.

-Our room had a balcony with a full view to Baños and it was breathtaking. However, majority of our stay the view was covered by fog (keep that in mind). Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable; they came to clean it every day. They give you gowns, slippers, and some toiletries. -The Spa services were great and very relaxing, I got a hot stone massage, oatmeal facial, oily scalp treatment, full body exfoliation, and a relaxing massage (spread out in 3 days). My husband did the chocolate treatment/massage, and 2x relaxing massage. You can tell we took advantage of their great prices :) - The weather was not in our favor but thankfully they have heated pools. The majority of our stay the temp was between 50-60's but we were able to enjoy the pool and take great pictures. ** Weeks prior to our arrival staff helped me schedule transportation and excursions. If you schedule an excursion, ASK FOR ROBERT, he was our tour guide and he was AMAZING!!! We made so many stops at so many different cool places in addition to our main excursions. We learned so much from him, he's passionate about Ecuador's history.

The food was ok - it was nice that certain parts, like dinner, were included; but there were a lot of "stipulations" around what was extra and what was included. I had better massages in the town - for a tenth of the price. Most importantly, you are very far from the rest of the town. The cost of getting those beautiful views - but it is quite a ride down and back up. I enjoyed our stay in town much more. You don't need more than one night here.

Unfortunately, the best rooms have no views. Rooms with hot tub have views on the roofs. Simpler double rooms have view on Banos city from the balcony.

Breathtaking views from the window, outdoor pools. Staff/guards were very attentive and helpful. Garden, local food, access to local attractions.

We didn’t like that we had to pay for water at dinner. That seems like something that should easily be included. Also, the beds were very comfortable except there is only a super heavy comforter to cover up with and we woke up both nights sweating because of that even though the temperature gets quite cold at night - they need to add other layers to the bed so people have options for covers

Beautiful property. Rooms were great. Beds were super comfortable. The pools were super fun and they had a nice drink selection to enjoy while you relaxed. We loved that they grew a lot of the ingredients they used in the meals right on site. The food we very good. The staff was very accommodating.

More personality and less subservience.

We had a lovely lazy time here taking time out from a frenetic travel schedule. The views are absolutely amazing and the room was really comfortable. Compared to some of the other places we had stayed, we found it all a little impersonal, aiming at the luxury market without providing that special element. The pools are great to enjoy for a day but are a little small for much longer. For the price, the breakfast and dinner was nice but not memory making.

The overall experience was fantastic. The food was always fresh and delicious. It’s a magical place where u can find peace. And also, the spa was phenomenal and do recommend it. Nothing can beat the location and view of this resort! 🥰🏔👌🏻✨🇪🇨
