We stayed on a Friday evening, a popular party evening in Baños. For us it was a bit too much noise...

It was all good, as we expected. And friendly staff. Perfect location to explore Baños, especially when you want to be close to the nightlife in the weekends.

Breakfast area was dirty. My daughter spilled something and when I cleaned up her chair, it was covered in dust and napkin was black!

Location was absolutely perfect! Room was clean and beds were comfortable. No air conditioning, but cooled down at night so not a problem. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and accommodating. Load of laundry was only $5 and returned within a couple hours folded.

Bathroom had weird stuff in bathtub, probably just entered through open window. No problem. Road is pretty noisy, maybe party people of Banos like to drive around with deafening loud speakers and yelling and screaming on streets - all happy noises and it stopped at ~3am.

We needed a very late (1 am) checkin arriving by bus, vacating a defect AirBnB house. So Meraki saved us. Staff really friendly and breakfast was nice Good beds with clean linnen and warm comforters.

Arrived early in the morning, after a late bus and the guy at check-in was so accommodating. He could tell we were tired so let us fill in all the forms and pay the next morning, he also upgraded us to a bigger room.

The noise - it comes from the main street (Ambato), especially if your room is close to the street. Some bars around that street are quite loud until very late at night (after 23:00 h).

Location was great - just a few blocks away from Terminal de Buses de Baños, so you can basically walk for about 5 min and you are at the hotel. Breakfast was great - very full filling.

The staff is not speaking any English. When I called the hotel, the receptionist didn't understand me and she quit the call with me - which was really rude and not professional and cause us small problems with the car parking. They should create a WhatsApp for better communication with translator OR hire English speaking receptionist.

The hotel is located on main road, which is quite busy, let say good location. We had windows there and it was quite noisy, but around 10PM everything started to calm down. We had good room, the bed was really comfy, the bedding also. Only thing - there were old chewing gums stuck to the wooden frame on my side of bed. The staff was not speaking any English, so I let it be, but it was quiet disgusting. The breakfast - ecuadorian classic - eggs. But not bad. Wifi was not strong enough in the room and was offen falling down. 10 minutes by walk from Termas de la Virgen. They have car park few strees away from the hotel, so be prepared for it.

The room we stayed in had no windows to the outside for ventilation and no internal climate control, so the room got stuffy. The photos make the rooms look cozier than they actually are. Bed was also pretty bad and neither of us could sleep very well on it. Only other complaint was that there's no shower door so the bathroom floor gets soaked after a shower. Also be warned that they "accept credit cards" but with a 12% service charge. That's a ridiculous processing fee and should be disclosed before arrival on the Booking profile.

The staff are very friendly, the place was clean, and the location is great -- in the heart of the city on the principal street downtown. They also left a slice of chocolate cake for us in the room upon arrival which was a nice touch. Artwork throughout the hotel was beautiful. Netflix enabled tv in the room and fast Wifi throughout the property. Everyone was very accommodating. I wish the rooms were more comfortable, but unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel is in disrepair. Entire bathroom flooded every time the shower was used. No window, no hooks or hangers anywhere. Significantly overpriced for what it delivered.

if you are going to have a room which opens into the inside fine or onto the street, no problem at least invest in proper curtains that block out the light. don’t use harsh chemicals to clean a room that has 0 ventilation. I felt nauseous after 2 hours in there. lots of noise also which is expected where it is located so that I can deal with but everything else is false advertising.

awful place to stay. save your money, workers here are at least quick to change your room (thank you to the guy on night shift I appreciate it) when you point out the awful cleaners smell, 0 ventilation, light coming from the inside area blinding past 11pm and a completely different room compare to the photos shown online here.
