It would have been nice to have a tea making facility in the room or in the lobby

The staff were extremely helpful and reliable. From the moment we landed at the airport we were in good hands. The pickup which was pre-arranged was so smooth. My friend had lost her case and yet the driver was so patient and waited for us. The hotel itself was spotless and very comfortable. The next morning, again went smoothly. We had an early start to the airport and the driver was there waiting for us, even though we were early.

Wifi could have been better as connection was a bit slow and patchy.

Great large bed and bedding, pillows comfortable, room was large and aircon worked well, shower and bathroom had toiletries and was spacious. The $5 airport transfer was fantastic. The highlight was the breakfast, one of the best hotel breakfast I've had.

The lock to my door was broken. They have you sign a paper saying you will pay $50 for any linen damaged. I was scared to use anything for fear of what that meant exactly. A stain? A rip? What if mascara got on the pillow case or towel? Or I started my period while sleeping? Does that count? Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again.

It’s a nice, clean property. The stag was all very nice and accommodating. The AC in the room worked great. The front desk person spoke English and Spanish. The room was large.

Good location, had a arranged a taxi to be waiting for us when we landed. Much appreciate at 11:30pm. Comfy rooms, if a bit small but good shower. Very helpful staff.

We stayed a night prior to our flight to Lima, Peru. The hotel is near the airport which is convenient. The rooms are your standard hotel room with a comfortable bed. Good hotel if you are in Guayaquil for the night before flying out.

The location is great if you are just going to/ from the airport but I wouldn't recommend walking around the local area, especially at night. The hotel itself feels very safe though.

Great room for a layover - comfy and spacious, professional and friendly staff who arranged an airport transfer for us, great restaurant on site, very close to the airport so ideal for an early flight. The hotel feels very safe.

There was so many signs in the room mentioning extra charges for any and every little thing. It was almost threatening, definitely overkill. It would be better to just sign something upon check-in to say you agree to extra charges for stains etc because all the signs gave the room a very low budget feel. The rooftop bar (the reason I booked this hotel) was closed which was disappointing.

I stayed here twice and second time the window faced the back alley and was extremely thin glass that allowed all noise through. Including the gate in the morning and dogs at night. The shower also didn’t get warm on the second visit.

The workers at the front desk and restaurant were great. The overall cleanliness was great.

We had to ask a lot of questions. Check in was not very informative. No english television. Bring your netflix password if you require any television entertainment.

Friendly staff, excellent restaurant. Good room with a view. Hotel in a good location. Pet friendly they loved my dog. Good walking parks nearby. Good secure underground parking.

Small beds for 2 people

Hotel is very close to airport so this is the main reason we stayed there for one night. The rooms are ok, breakfast was amazing, staff was very helpful.
