The cottage has a kitchen and kitchen storage however there wasn’t anything in them - no glasses, no platesc no cutlery so you can’t really use it.

Super pretty property and very quiet, even though it’s close to the airport. The cottage we stayed in was very clean and pretty comfortable. We loved our stay there. The host was really lovely and helpful. Breakfast was great.

Property was about 15 minutes from the airport, but because I was picked up and returned to the airport, it was not a problem.

Easy pick up at airport by motel staff late evening, and drop off early the next morning. Accommodations were very comfortable. Gardens were lovely, but I was not there long enough to explore. I would highly recommend Quinta la Constanza, especially considering the very affordable price!

Not much TV in English subtitles. Far from Quito central. Expensive taxi ride both ways for tours.

I was traveling for work and only overnighted in Quito. I arrived in Quito at 9:30 pm and was delighted to find a representative from the Inn waiting to pick me up and take me to Quinta La Constanza. They assisted with my heavy luggage and drove me the short distance to the Inn. I was met by the owner and fairly quickly checked into my room (in spite of our language barrier). I had an early morning flight out of Quito so she told me her husband would be waiting for me at 6 am to transport me to the airport. My room was very nice! It was clean, nicely decorated and quite large. It was dark when I arrived so I did not get to see how beautiful the grounds were until the next morning. It was beautifully landscaped with fruit trees, flowering bushes and attractive spanish design. I also missed their complimentary breakfast due to my early flight, but I'm certain it was delicious. I would have loved to spend more time enjoying the compound, but it will definitely be my place to stay next time I am in Quito! Don't be fooled by their low prices! The accomodations and personal service top many of the highly rated hotels I have stayed in!

Was slightly noisy outside (dogs), the towels were stiff, and the pillows weren't great.

There are rooters that are loud very early but that was the only thing.

coordination with airport shuttle was not good... we arrived near midnight and did not see our shuttle connection.. waited around 30 min and still no shuttle. we had no number to call the shuttle so could not coordinate directly. furthermore the phone number at the hotel was an answering machine.. not helpful.. it worked out ok because we wound up taking a taxi and it was not far.. still, it was disconcerting to think we had requested a ride and then not be able to find them.. this issue is easily fixed with some instruction for connecting when there is a mixup..

Very convenient for airport, 10 minute ride. Beautiful garden with outdoor covered seating, large swimming pool (not in use because the weather was too chilly when we were there in Feb/March), very nicely laid out, birds including hummingbirds... Staff were very helpful and clearly cared for their offering and service.

If you arrive in Quito after a long flight or you have a flight home this is the perfect place for a delicious relaxing time. The owner and staff are so friendly and kind and there’s a swimming pool and steam room. The food is tasty and very generous. It’s really perfect for a stay that’s near the airport but not too close.

Secure compound, very quiet. Ideal stop over for flights into/out of Quito airport. The landlady and staff are very friendly. The property have excellent grounds. Transportation to/from UIO (even at wee hours) is available for a fee. Breakfast included.
