No A/C within the hallways and some elevators. Parking lot entrance was blocked with traffic cones instead of some sort of automated gate A/C within the room wasn't configured to provide maximum comfort The mini fridge wasn't cooling enough. Only 1 nightstand in the room is not enough. No bedside lighting available.

They learned it was my birthday and really went out of their way to make a party. The cab from the airport was fast and $5. The restaurants nearby were very good. And the river walk was fun. We left early for flights, so they packed us a breakfast!

Really great location between the Guayaquil river promenade and the garden on one side and the Panama street restaurants on the other. I liked the rooftop pool and the view from the hotel is absolutely spectacular.

This would only affect a small amount of people but there was not much I could eat at breakfast as a vegan. Would be nice if potatoes, avocado, granola, oatmeal, or some other non animal based options were included.

Really nice hotel. Modern rooms, large bathroom, included airport transfers and buffet breakfast. The location is perfect, right next to Malecon. Rooftop is the star- with bar, and infinity pool…excellent place to hang out.

The AC hit`s directly on the bed. We have to use the AC of the leaving room and turn of the one of the bedroom

Had a great stay at River Garden Hotel! The room size was good, the bed was super comfy, and everything was clean. The staff was really friendly, and the rooftop bar had a cool vibe. Breakfast was decent, and the view was a nice bonus. Would recommend! 👍

Perhaps someone could check the rooms to verify everything is in place thus there is no need to call for a few things tht are needed. Might be a good idea to offer some kind of reward to people that stay for several days or weeks most of the good hotels do.

We like everything about this hotel. The only thing lacking we think is a gym, we do like to workout daily and that is not possible at this hotel yet, they say it is a work in progress and plan to add a gym in the future.

The location is excellent, we have had breakfast in the past but this time our flight was very early in the morning so they were not serving breakfast yet, breakfast is very good. The room is very large and comfortable with a large bathroom too.

The hotel facilities are new and comfortable. There is convenient and safe parking. The location is in the best area of the city, with easy walking access to all the sights. There was excellent breakfast. The view from the roof-top pool is fantastic.

Everything is exceptional. The attention in the front desk, especially Lisette. Always with a smile and attentive to your questions. She gives you recommendations so that you know places. Don Jorge at the entrance is always attentive to help you and the rest of the lobby staff are very attentive (on both turns).The rooms are super clean, comfortable. Thanks to Damaris (housekeeping) Very attentive to my needs. Thank you all for the attention you gave us.

Only two things were a bit of a let down. The pool hours are quite short so we couldn't use it. And the area is a bit too quiet. Not bad if visiting the riverside area, but there are very few restaurants and bars around, especially after 8pm. We struggled to find a place to eat and drink around this hotel.

Great stay here. Staff could not be nicer. Room was very nice, beds super comfy, shower great. Rooftop bar was excellent. Very recommended by us.

Great location, within minutes of wonderful restaurants in the malecón. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Hotel was very clean! Also loved that there were safes in the rooms & that they held to some of our items in a safe downstairs the week we were out.

No central air-con system, just has an old air-con machine inside the room, very noisy when it works. Meals were average. Booked private shuttle to the airport, but the car was late for 15 minutes.
