The TV had not English speaking channels or English news channels!

New hotel n very comfortable and a very good value! The staff was very helpful n spoke very good English!

The staff needs urgently training. For the price category, that would be the least to expect. Laundry return didn’t work as planned, not return as indicated and as we picked up at reception, it required paperwork. 30 minutes to get a beer at the bar. The pool is open to non-guests, so forget about enyoing the a quiet pool with a view on weekends.

There is No Shuttle service, They were going to charge me for someone else damages They made me wait for so long in the airport when I asked for a shuttle they sent a small taxi and big problem when you carry 9 bags

Not value for money. It was more than double the price of everywhere else we stayed in South America and it wasn't worth it. The pool (despite being advertised as open) didn't open until 5:30pm and closed 2 hours later. It was cold by the time we got in and sitting by the pool was the main reason we booked this hotel. The room was big but the windows were opaque with no view. The hot water took ages to come on. Dinner was a buffet and we weren't told it was $25pp until it was too late. We're vegetarian so couldn't eat half of it. It was the most expensive plate of rice and veg I've ever had. With tax and the tip they automatically added (for a self service buffet!!!) it came to over $60 which was a total rip off. Avoid avoid avoid.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They arranged and paid for our taxi to the airport. The room was big and clean. The aircon/heating was good.

- The breakfast options could have been better - My room had opaque windows, so I could not see out of them, i.e., there was no view - When I wanted to bring a guest only as a visitor, they asked for 99 USD per day extra and could not amend my Booking.com reservation to accommodate a second person. Luckily we reached a compromise when the manager was called.

main issue was with services being promised and not delivered. laundry was promised by 10 am, wasn’t delivered until 11:30- warm and wet, which means they didn’t do it until I called at 10:30. Also taxi requested at 6 am didn’t show until 6:30- and with a plane to catch, that was upsetting. And because of the laundry experience, I was promised a lunch box the next morning (because I’d miss the breakfast I’d already paid extra for) which at this point, of course, was unsurprisingly not provided.

The room was extremely noisy! Even though we were on the 10th floor, we could hear everything going on outside the hotel at street level. The internal soundproofing is also terrible as we could also very clearly hear the conversations of other people on our floor. The air conditioning unit was also incredibly loud that I didn't use if for the first 2 nights, although on the last night I turned it on to drown out the exterior noise.

The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, the rooftop pool area/bar was really nice, the room was very big (much larger than I expected), with a great view over the city and the location was perfect for Malecón 2000, the Cerro Santa Ana and the city centre.

When we arrived at our room, we noticed the mirror was flashing since it was a touch screen to have better lighting. We called the front desk who had maintenance come and they looked at it, but we don’t speak Spanish and he didn’t speak English so we couldn’t communicate. This was totally fair and expected so this was not an issue at all. Though later that night the front desk told us it was broken. I asked if they could have someone come look at it while we were the next day to fix it since we are going to a wedding. They said no problem. The next day rolled around and maintenance never came to correct it nor was anything mentioned by the front desk. We also asked for a second set of towels on our second day and waited over an hour to have them never come. We then left the hotel and came back to our room with no extra towels. We saw a maid in the hallway and had to ask for towels plus water. They following day we called the front desk and asked if they could bring us 4 waters to have charged to the room. They said usually the maids will leave them later, but said they would have them bring them down. We again waited over an hour to never receive water delivered to our room. The third issue was we were going to a wedding and due to the language barrier with taxes, I asked the front desk to please communicate to the driver that we must got to this Church and arrive as soon as possible since we did not want to be late. They said everything will be taken care of. We get into the cab and the driver takes us to the airport. So again we were not taken care of and we got into the exact situation we were trying to avoid by asking them to take us to this church. The front desk reassured us this driver knew exactly where it was but that was false. We arrived to the wedding 2 minutes late. The last item was we asked if they had bath robs and they did not.

The location was great! We were right next to the Malecon & Las Penas, which was amazing. Also, the staff did a great job getting our COVID-19 PCR testing done so we could get back to the states. This was their one outstanding moment.

Very noisy rooms due to the air conditioning machine being inside the room. Cocktails at the poolside bar were not done with correct ingredients and service was slow.

For the price you pay, they should improve the service, it is more expensive than the Wydham, and the service is inferior, the view that the hotel offers is not worth paying that much.etter the service for the price.

The service in the restaurant is terrible, the quality of the food is normal but the prices are exorbitant. They did not have anything additional like soap or shampoo or concierge, or page. Too everpriced.
