We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomwalls incredibly thin, very noisy, Air con is on or off, no control of temperature or fan speed (it was very cold off and too hot on) the front desk gave us a blanket when we asked.
Thais was our second night here. the night staff were especially helpful when we were unable to get a taxi to the airport.

United Kingdomwalls incredibly thin, we had to listen to the neighbours TV all night, after knocking to ask to turn it down we were ignored hand asked the staff to help who tried but were also ignored. Air con is on or off, no control of temperature or fan speed (it was very cold off and too hot on) the front desk gave us a blanket when we asked.
Clean, hot water, easy to get to in a taxi, friendly staff, good value for money.

CanadaMy room was quite dirty. Also it could do with some minor repairs/additions, e.g. no cover on shower drain (just a big hole), no hooks or bars anywhere to hang towels.
Great location. Air conditioning worked well. Shower was warm and had good pressure. Wifi worked. Overall not a bad place to stay.

GermanyIt was not possible to open the windows. It was very warm during daytime. Electric ventilation (not A/C) was very loud. Due to very thin windows with some little holes it was very noisy (cars honking non stop at daytime). Light switch at door did not work so you had to go to the bed in the dark and use light switch there. WiFi was hardly working. The pillows in the beds were sofa cushions without removable pillow slips so you cannot wash them…
We got upgraded for free and had a bigger room.

GermanyWe were a bit surprised by the standard of the rooms and especially the beds after reading the rather good reviews here. It's very very basic and probably the worst beds we slept on during our trip.
Well, it's in the city center. And its quire clean and the WiFi works very well (which is not usually the case in Ecuador hotels), staff is nice and helpful, there is a TV with Netflix

PolandThe hotel is pretty old and rather neglected, (hole in the towel, lack of the lightbulb in the lamp, dirty windows, stains on the curtains), the air conditioning is very poor, but maybe I shouldn't expect too much, as the price was very low.
The location is very good, just in the city centre, also the room was very very spacious and staff nice and helpful!
