No air or window to open in the room.. No bath mat and faulty container to put soap in shower. Techno, boom noise from a neighboring property from 8 until 6.30. Wouldn't like this room again.

The faucet in the shower was broken and had to be maneuvered to get water and the street noise was insanely loud.

Shelves or wardrobes would have been good. There was a lot of noise in our room, loud music from a shop next door. But we were able to move to a quieter, though smaller, room.

Rooms are quite small and with poor sound isolation so basically you hear everything in the hotel and motorcycles from outside.

The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us. We felt exceptionally safe there as staff would give us advice on where to get food, money out, travelling etc. Location is perfect. A big breakfast included. Our Spanish unfortunately isn’t great but staff made it very easy to communicate with.

The room we had was not what we expected, we didn't have any windows to the outside. And they frame under the bed had some 'holes'

The staff was really nice, the commutation was sometimes s little hard but they really did everything they could. Always a smile on the faces.

The person in charge of front desk on September 12th, 2023 working during the morning shift has no customer service skills whatsoever. He was rude, he barely wanted to talk to us, gave us ZERO information about the facilities, breakfast or anything hotel-related. The 5 of us were disgusted with how we were greeted by him. I work in the tourism industry, and I would never want to have an employee like him, especially when he is the face of the hotel. The other two guys after him were absolutely helpful and amazing people.

The facilities were clean, the staff except for the first person that greeted us was was amazing. Breakfast was OK.

Although its location is very convenient for sightseeing, the hotel is also right by a very busy road. Since it's an old building the windows are poorly noise-insulated. We did not mind the noise the first day. But for longer stays it is recommended to take a room not facing the street to truly enjoy the stay.

Very nice and helpful staff. The room was spatious and clean. The hotel itself is in a beautifully renovated house with a bright inner court. The breakfast was delicious and security was taken very seriously by the staff. The hotel is situated very conveniently for sightseeing.

Very noisy at night, balcony rooms are not for light sleepers… It was a great stay for the price

The staff were beyond helpful. The hotel is nice and clean, but on a very loud street. Could sometimes smell the fumes from cars/buses passing by. Great water pressure in the shower and it gets hot which is relaxing after a long day of hiking in the cold mountains. Back to the hotel staff… from the moment I checked in, they were amazing. Very kind, patient, and accommodating… thank you!

The area at night can feel a little unsafe however within the hostel it feels very safe with the help of the very lovely guard dog inside!

Denis was very helpful and friendly. He moved us to a really nice room without us requesting. There was an issue with water at one point during our stay but Denis reassured us and once again offered us another lovely room with no issues.
