Doors are very thin, if somebody speaks louder, you can hear like in your room. ( It didn't happen when we were there, it was very quiet place)

Staff were very helpful, friendly, at night quiet area. Some good restaurants are very near. Security is excellent. With taxi, 2,5dolar to historical centre. Breakfast, internet is ok. They cleaned our room everyday.

Wifi a bit patchy at times but was really an issue.

Basic rooms but perfectly comfortable! Beds have 4 fleecy blankets on. We had a shared bathroom and you only shared with one other room. Absolutely spotlessly clean! The bathroom was cleaned before we even got up. We had washing done, which was done in just a few hours and smelt great. Breakfast was really good value. Definitely recommend paying a small price for this. The location was good, bars and restaurants close by. Easy to get into the old town. Bus terminal a little but far but very easy to get a bus too. Hotel itself very safe and secure with a gate and locked door which is manned 24/7. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The kitchen could be renovated and could have a bigger dining area for guests who don't order breakfast.

It was the best hostel where we stayed in during the whole trip in South America. A bed is very comfortable. The room has a big wardrobe where you can put your clothes in. The bathroom is just next to your door and you share it only with two other guests so we never had to wait in line. Hot water. Cleaning service every day and fresh towels. Quiet area at night so you can rest properly. Breakfast is available for an extra price (we didn't try it out). Friendly and polite staff. Very safe hostel.

The Embassy for Spain is across the street so sometimes it is a little busy on the street but not a deterrent to staying here. Other options for breakfast would be nice.

It is a little hard to navigate the parking area but it is manageable. I would like to see maybe a second option of pancakes or waffles for breakfast.

For me the location is perfect, close sights and shopping but not in the party zone. Easy to walk all around safely. It is quiet overall except for some dogs and occasional car alarms but we always travel with a small fan, white noise machine, or an app to tune that out. Near to many good restaurants and coffee shops. Secured parking and good breakfast included.

The showers need some better water pressure. You can't always get a shower when you want depending on the amount of other people with the same idea. I would like maybe an option #2 for breakfast.

We have stayed here several times and find the location perfect. Close enough to the Mariscal to walk but avoid the clubs and bars at night. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Private parking on the premises. Accommodating staff and decent breakfast: standard fair but filling. Luggage storage available if you are traveling. Quiet at night overall.

Location is excellent - quiet but near to the sights. Secure parking on site a plus. Easy to get to and find. One of the only places we stay that still provides a hair dryer which I appreciate. Breakfast is simple but filling.

Just a warning that the hostal is a few km from the historical center.We travelled by public transit to get to it and that worked well. Taxis are also everywhere. This was not a problem for us , but it is good to be aware

Wifi was a little spotty but there were many different networks to choose from if one of them wasn’t working.

Staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful, shared bathrooms were always immaculately cleaned, my room was cleaned and towel replaced once a day, there is a small courtyard to hang out and smoking area if you need it. Management let me store my bags after I had checked out and they had water and snacks available for purchase. Always someone around who is available to help you and the location is close to an amazing taco place that had live music and delicious food! Management also let me use the property phone multiple times to contact the airline I was flying with. Location felt safe.

I liked this place very much, as it was in a more quiet district of Quito, 25 Minutes by Bus and 15 Minutes by Uber (2.50 Euro) to the historic City center. I dont know how to spell His Name, but Maiko was a big help organising Taxis and answering questions. I could store my Backpack there while hiking and arriving late was not a Problem. Also, they found my Camera charger and kept it for me while I was away. Thank you so much!
