Smooth and friendly reception. Tastefully furnished rooms, high ceilings, spacious rooms and a bright veranda in the summer. A beautiful view of the garden from the windows. A good opportunity to enjoy summer, lively garden concerts with delicious dishes. Very pleasant service.

two things that I think could be improved - the waiting time in the restaurant ( launch and dinner) and the voices of the adjacent rooms could be better muffled.

Breakfast was extraordinary, and so was the staff. The hotel has a fantastic historical interior, the rooms are clean. The location of the hotel is the best it can be in Pärnu

We were (unfortunately) there during Beach Grind festival that had the stage in a park next door, and which meant that instead of peace and quiet, we had the whole room vibrating with bass until about 1AM. Not the hotel's fault, but be aware of things happening in Pärnu when booking. The WiFi in our room wasn't working, but probably fault of the in-room broken rooter. No usb / electric plugs next to bed.

Staff is nice, the house tour was excellent, even the "standard" room would be a suite-standard in a normal hotel. For anyone who appreciates architecture and Art Nouveau interior / buildings this place is a treasure - carefully restored and furnished. It has a la carte breakfast options, good coffee, and also cold selection at breakfast.

There is no lift, and it could be a problem for families with children or health issues. The ceiling in our room on the 3rd floor was so low that one needs to remember about it all the time. The breakfast is till 11:00, but when we came at 10:00, "our" food (all fruits and yogurts) was gone and we were obliged to insist to get something. The cleaning was also almost missed one day (we asked for it in the afternoon), and another time we found the dirty cloth in our lavabo...

The hotel is in a beautiful historical building with nice furniture and a special atmosphere. Both the center of the town and the beach are very close to this hotel situated in a nice park. Breakfast a la carte was really amazing. We could attend for free a popular concert in the garden of the hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful.

I just love this hotel. You feel welcome on your each visit. Interior, atmosphere, rooms, breakfast, personnel, excellent service, it all makes it amazing! Each detail is settled! Don't matter are you on business trip or for romantic getaway. I find myself coming back again and again.

Pretty much everything - the place itself looks beautiful from the outside with a gorgeous back yard and from the inside styled in an old fashioned way. Staff was nice and friendly. When we were coming back to the hotel room in the evening we saw a live performance on the piano, which you could hear even from your room.

We booked the room at the same morning just by good location between the old town and the beach, and one room picture - one night, it's ok. Then we arrived and noticed what an amazing art deco villa there was, we were absolutely delighted. It doesn't matter, that we had the room up in 3rd floor, it was rather tiny with low ceilings, too. But all the surroundings and the villa itself! Very good breakfast, safe parking inside villa's area, quiet.

If you have trouble with the stairs this is not a place for you. There are lots of stairs.

This is a gem. A unique atmosphere combined with personal rooms and excellent service. Our room (Sky Parlor Junior Suite) was at the top of the steep stairs. The room was more than worth the climbing. Sauna, bath tube, A/C, an excellent and wide enough bed, lots of space and cozy atmosphere. We will come back. Not the cheapest hotel, but absolutely worth recommending.

Hotel restaurant's menu could have a few more options. Food is good, but very limited choices.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, small hotel so it's quiet. Big room, very clean. We stayed with a baby, hotel provided baby cot (as requested), but they also provided some toys and a night lamp, very thoughtful!

Although recently renovated, there are areas here and there that are in line to be refreshed. Ambient music in the restaurant wouldn't hurt.

Friendly and accommodating staff - well beyond what is expected. The villa has a good balance between authenticity and modern comfort. Safe parking was a big plus for us.

The bed was magnificent (big duvet, very comfy), we enjoyed the architecture and the history of the place. The location is nice - can go to the center easily, take a stroll on the seaside. Great breakfast.
