The atmosphere of the old and new interiors side by side, comfort of the rooms I stayed in. The location provided good access to histroic centre of town and there was plenty of space in the area for the car and rather big trailer.

Room furniture location in historical house (room 15). No clothes racks nearby entrance door. It is uncomfortable to take shoes/boots off when you have winter coat on and there is no place to hang overcoats. Wardrobe is rear around the corner. Glass self in bathroom has to be fasten tightly. It was surprise there was only roof window in the room. I did not realize it during doing booking, there was no information about it. I would prefer regular tipe of window or dormer window.

The only downside of our stay was that the spa facilities were quite chilly, and on one day, the hot tub was not heated at all. Considering that our stay was in the middle of the cold Estonian winter, however, it is understandable, and we always had the option to pop into the sauna for a bit.

The staff was extremely friendly and helped us with our every request. The spa treatments exceeded expectations and were very affordable. As we travelled during the low season, we had the spa facilities all to ourselves on both days, which was amazing. The food in the restaurant was exceptional, and our rooms were next to each other, as requested. The location of the hotel was also ideal and close to the sea & castle.

Great hotel if you are on a business trip. A little noisy, you can hear everything in the room, not all rooms match the photos. good breakfast. The restaurant is great for dinner, good selection and prices. The spa is a bit small, but overall a good stay.

there was no kettle, big mirror standing on floor which was not safe could be easily damaged.

Room was good, big enough, view was to the parking place. Breakfast good, standard. SPA as well good, sauna swimming pool and jacuzzi.

I liked the place a lot. Although it was not as fancy as it used to be last time when I visited. It used to have more luxurious breakfast and newish vibe. But still, the price was according nowadays and it was very nice still.

Thin walls basically you can hear people talkin on the phone in the next room and in corridor. Room wasn’t cleaned properly you could find last visitors toothpaste marks in the bathroom sink, toilet paper was almost finished and no extra in the room and drinkin glasses there’s should be two but was only one.

Location was really good and parking possibilities great. Room had nice light with cealing window and high cealings. Bathtub was a bonus to have. Spa was quiet and small - you can order drinks there with a phone call riht to jaquzzi.

The Airco was extremely loud and no water pressure in the upper floor when too many people stay at the hotel.

Great location and beautiful room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating of checkout time as we were having spa treatments.
