The apartment is on the top floor of a very new apartment building not far from the centre of Tartu. We were very late, well after the usual check-in time, so the host didn't meet us as they usually do to hand over the keys etc. But they waited up and opened the main door to the building by remote when we were there and the apartment door opens with a code. An RFID key for the main building door and a remote control for the parking garage were then inside. Being very new, the apartment is modern and bright, with a large terrace overlooking Tartu. The facilities were in top condition, there were enough dishes and cutlery, a capsule coffee machine and enough complimentary capsules and tea bags for the entire stay. We didn't use those, though, because there's also a french press and complimentary ground coffee. In addition, there were fresh fruits, some Estonian chocolate and several bottles of (very good and organic) Estonian lemonade. It says that there's a bed room with a single bed and a sofa bed in the living room but we found that two comfortable folding beds had been prepared for us in addition to the single bed so everyone had a proper bed.

The property super clean. Every detail has been thought out for a comfortable stay. Has free underground Parking. The Location is great. Just near by you will find an industrial style space, where are lots of cafes and eco-friendly restaurants.

This is an absolute gem! The apartment is beautiful, spacious, quiet, light with high up views, stylishly designed and furnished, with attention to every possible detail to make your stay comfortable & enjoyable! I have never seen an apartment so clean and so well equipped; there is everything you may need during your stay - and definitely more. I also appreciated enormously the overall cleanliness of the place, which makes it so great for a person with allergies: completely spotless, good air and freedom of living! Very comfortable beds with the same touch of style and quality as you have in everything else too. The more than fully equipped kitchen and the dining space create a beautiful & comfortable feel for cooking & enjoying your meals, not to mention the amazing huge balcony with incredible sunsets & sunrises over Tartu... Even in the autumn it left me speechless - and with lots of beautiful videos and pictures of the skies over Estonia. Perfect location, walking distance to the center and food store etc. And when on top of everything the hosts are genuinely great, friendly people that sincerely care for the comfort of your stay, what more can you want? Thankful for the reception and great week & will most definitely be back!

I didn't like the bed, too high for me and the edge gave in although one of the hardest beds I've ever encountered (I'm 6 foot and like to roll at sleep.) The big road next to the building, although providing fast access to city centre, is also very noisy.

Location is not far away fom the city centre and there are bus stops nearby and the taxis are cheap. Very near is the Aparaaditehas complex with many nice restaurants, we also tried the rooftop sauna there, it was quite wonderful. Interior of the apartment was of high standard and also plentiful quality cooking equipment in the kitchen. Everything was exceptionally clean.

Newly renovated, modern yet cozy, very clean apartment with super comfortable beds. The kitchen had all the appliances you can think of and even some nice welcome treats from our wonderful host. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace with most amazing sunsets over the Tartu historic center. Private parking in the basement with a dedicated spot was a big plus. The Aparaaditehas next door was conveniently situated for trendy restaurants and cafe's. Our host Katre was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Thank you for having us and arranging extra nights.

Everything: the breathtaking views, the location, private secure parking, the apartment itself (spacious apartment, has everything what you need for your stay and even more, decorated with excellent taste and good quality, comfortable bed and good shower). Nice restaurants close by. The host is very welcoming and available when needed in case of questions. Now in list of my favourite places in Tartu! Will visit again very shortly.

Great location, super nice owner and clever and easy way to get into the apartment. Everything was so cozy, nice and clean and they had anything you could possibly need - very well thought through. Amazing view too! Ended up spending more time at the apartment than planned because the terrace was lovely!

Absolutely stunning apartment, amazing attention to detail, clean and very comfortable. The host is a very attentive and lovely person. Breathtaking views from the terrace, either morning or evening. This apartment certainly exceeded our expectations! Easy 7-10 minutes walk to centre, 5 minutes walk from the train station. Excellent transport links if you are not into walking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back.
