apartments good only for 1-2 days no more. cleaning and change of towels for 30 euros once every two weeks. toilet paper for 1 day only. Food utensils all only 2 pieces. one pot and one pan. kettle inside is rusty. Blanket for two people is small. There is nothing in the shower but soap. 2 hours before the check-out, the door code was blocked and we were not able to pick up our things. I must was called and solved the problem.

Shower room was very dirty. Pillows and bed were very uncomfortable. Bed width is good for couple, but blanket is too small for two. Every night there were parties at other rooms and it was very loud. Couldn’t sleep.

There was no staff, which was a bit of a problem as we didn't have any towels except for a kitchen hand towel (We wish there was more information about this, too.) There's virtually minimal soundproofing, which I would count as a con given it's a relatively new building - sometimes we could feel the picture frames shake on the wall, and there was music blasting from the community space around 11PM. The kettle smelled either of burnt electric parts, chlorine or both, so we refrained from using it. There seemed to be an issue with the management, as a stranger walked into our apartment one morning, claiming she was allowed to move in while we still had days left of our stay. It's unfortunately a big safety issue to have our door code given to just anyone without letting us know in any way. Hopefully the management will confirm the availability of the rooms better in the future.

The location of the building is convenient, as you can easily access buses and trolleybuses which will take you all the way to the city centre. There are a few different-sized grocery stores within walking distance. The loft apartment had a nice and spacious layout along with plenty of storage space and essential kitchenware. I liked the view and the apartment was clean upon arrival.

1) No kitchen paper 2) No oven paper 3) Only 1 left-over toilet paper roll (almost over) 4) No salt, no pepper 5) No kitchen towel 6) Ventilation system was bad on the second/bed-level (all smells reached and stayed for a long time + oxygen) 7) Liquid soap was watered down to seem full in bathroom. 8) No shampoo 9) Didn't respond to messages 10) no oven mittens / kitchen towel to take something out of oven Basically - a very modern, tiny flat with empty cupboards for too much money.

Having an oven is amazing. Also enjoyed the balcony.

The apartment was not cleaned after the previous guests, the towels were not changed, the bed clothes were not changed, i was in shock. The garbage bin in the bathroom wasn't emptied, there was hair in the shower floor, the shampoo dispenser was empty which indicate that the room was not cleaned after the previous guests. We've checked in after 20:00 so there was no chance to contact the owner as the reception service is not available after 20:00. Lucky us as we have friends who borrowed us the towels and bed clothing. I sent the message to the owner and next morning the maid got to our room around 8 am but left imideatly as she understood that we were sleeping. After we got back late at night we stlii found garbage disposal n the bathroom. It was the worse experience ever in my life though at the first glance i really liked the place.

It is a brand new building, if you rent a car it is a very good place to stay as the parking is available free of charge and it is about 15 minutes driving from the center

The property walls and entrance door are not sound proof at all. I was not able to sleep the whole night with poeple making noise, walking in the corridor, and doing some other stuff ..etc.. One more big upsetting thing is the bed which is slotted between two nearby walls which add more to the discomfort. The property was clean and spacious, but the noise and bed are the major drawbacks, a big minus :((

It was very hard to find for our taxi driver. There was only one duvet (150 x 200 m) for two persons. You are asked to keep the apartment clean but there is no equipment. Is the soap at the sink for the dishes or for the hands? There was no information for the guests at all. Where are garbage cans? How to sort? The kitchen is functional, the equipment scarse. Two spoons, two plates... One cupboard cannot be openend due to the automatic door closing. There were no hangers at all. There are not many restaurants or shops nearby. It is more like an office area.

Nice appartment with lot of space for personal things. Check-in was easy and I like the code for all the doors, so you cannot forget your keys. The community areas are very nice. It is near a TechnoPark and right beside there is a wellness center with saunas and gyms.

The room was smaller than we expected. Our child slept at the sofa which was very small and unconfortable. When arriving there were no bedsheets for him. Also there was no water kettle, no hair dryer, no pegs for clothing. I was allowed to bring necessary things from other rooms though. From toiletries only a liquid soap, toothbrush and toothpaste was avaiable.

The location. Quietness. No keys, you can enter everywhere with a code.
