I can't say I have anything negative to say about the Campus House apartments, they fit all my criteria for short term accommodation perfectly.

The accommodation was very affordable for me as a young graduate. The location was close to Tallinn city centre and very accessible by bus. Thankfully, public transport in Tallinn is fantastic so it's very easy to get around. The rooms are very well looked after and are top notch. I'd very happily stay there again anytime.

The facility is superb! I especially appreciated the safe, accessible, parking and simple entry and exit! Moreover there was a balcony!! You have washing, chill out areas, and the whole building is clean and well managed! You can comfortably cook light meals in the room, and could easily have a month or longer stay without going stir 😜 crazy! My go to Tallin stay over now! Finally the assistant spoke English in the cutest accent I’d ever heard and she was very helpful!!

They switched my room to a different floor and I only realised when arriving late at night. I had just 2% battery and had to risk it to see the info because there were no USB outlets on the common area and I lost my USB charger, fortunately it was just enough for me to memorise the details to go to the new floor and get in the new room, what a relief that was. But even with that whole inconvenient situation of me trying to get into someone else’s room momentarily, it was a really great stay, everyone is silent at night, cozy and hot and it was my 2nd time returning and I will return a 3rd time for work for sure. Great spot to stay at.

Loved the interior - unlike your typical student accommodation. Very nice loft and the kitchen was equipped for your basic needs.

Very top, quite place with all the comfort you could need to be totally indipendent, kitchen wash machine, ecc. The structure and fornitures are all new and you have also the free use of car park.

The stairs felt a bit scary in the loft (to the bed), thankfully we didn't have to walk up and down much. Also one blanket for two people was a bit tiny, thankfully we managed but the blanket for two could be bigger, or two separate ones. Also the fridge made so loud noises at night, if somebody is light sleeper then this definitely might be a issue. We struggled a bit with falling asleep.

I am always a bit afraid with self check in hotels, as if something may go wrong do you get answers, but here the communication was so good! We asked about parking- got answer and place quickly. We asked if we could get in a bit earlier- they kept us updated as soon as we could get in. The loft itself looked really cool and modern. We were really grateful for the AC, as it was so hot in the room when we got in, so it was good we could manage it ourselves. The bed itself was lovely, and we enjoyed that we could turn the lights on/off from bed. Also when it's warmer, it has nice little balcony.

I was disappointed by the House common facilities, which I think are rather overstated in the house descriptions. It is merely a shared open space with a small cooker and some swings hanging from the ceiling. There is also a large TV (which the rooms lack) but its only one for the whole building and only one sofa for 3-4 people max. What I would expect was at least some workspaces or a co-working space, given that the rooms do not cover for such needs. Also, the rooms were nice and minimally designed, but there were poorly fitted. For instance, there was almost no flat surface in the bathroom to put the typical washing bric-a-brac, or in the kitchen there was hardly any cutlery or basic kitchen stuff. Most importantly, I did not find any information about a sweep/vacuum or mop, which I would definitely require if I had stayed longer. I guess the rooms are intended for longer stays, where people bring their stuff, but still, the term "serviced apartments" is probably an overstatement.

The location is very convenient for anyone working with or around TalTech university. It is also nicely situated in the university campus and right next to Elamus spa. The facilities are newly renovated, very clean and cozy. I particularly liked the floor-heating, which in December can be life-saving in Tallinn.

There was a little bit cold to sit during the day and the thermostat is locked to increase the room temperature. Still to sleep at night wasn’t cold at all. Also, not sure about the trash..it’s written on the wall that there are 5 bins for sorting your waste, but I found only 4. A little bit confusing.

My biggest issue was the laundry room. I LOVE that it's included in the rental, however, it ruined my trip ending. I knew I was checking out on Wednesday, so I started my laundry on a Tuesday morning to give myself some time. I ran the cycle according to directions...but it didn't complete it...somehow it stopped with soaking wet clothes. So I figured, I'll run a dry cycle and we will be good. No such luck, after 4 hours, still soaked. So I tried a new machine, same issue. So next morning, clothes still in the machine, I switched to split the load between two other machines. I asked one of the housekeepers if I was doing it correctly and she said it seemed right. So I ran it for 2 hours on dry...barely got warm...still soaked. So now I had to check out with drenched clothes, which became the bane of my existence until I got home to LA two days later. Two other minor issues I had: The huge windows are great but the bed in the loft doesn't get ANY airflow, so you still end up with a hot bed area. I wish they had put the loft on the other side of the room near the windows. I would suggest to them to add a fan to move the air to the bed, especially for summer time. Lastly, it was great having some kitchenware to use, but I think there should be some more, especially a coffeemaker and some additional tools. Overall it was fine just would be that much better for shorter stays. One additional note: There are MANY busses that will get you to downtown Tallinn from Mustamae, just know that it will average around an hour on the bus. If you want to save time, Bolt is amazing and SO affordable, around 7-10 euros, even at 3am. You just have to plan for the commute time, especially if you're only in Tallinn for a few days. These are NOT reasons to avoid booking here. DEFINITELY book a room here. Just be aware of these issues I had and plan accordingly.

The room was great. I loved feeling like it was my own apartment. The big window opening to a balcony was very nice. The use of codes to enter the building and room was really cool, no fumbling for cards. Really nice modern building and seemed very clean which I enjoyed. The contactless check in check out is for the most part, really great* See exceptions below. It's also right next door to an amazing spa, one of the nicest in the area, and I highly recommend you visit. You can also use your Tallinn Card (if you get one) at this spa to save a few bucks.

Wish it would have had an hairdryer and a second duvet as the one it had was pretty small. It was also pretty sparsely decorated. Also if you hate climbing basically a ladder don’t take the loft!!

The bed blanket was too small for 2 people. I lacked more kitchenware and a proper kitchen cleaning cloth to clean the table after eating. The one that we had seemed to be a napkin that you can use only once.

I liked the design of the appartment, the common areas on the floor. The balcony was great.
