How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It's a little dark inside with everything black or dark colors. The interior design could be improved upon, but this is really a minor point as the comfort of everything more than makes up for it.
We absolutely loved this place. It is spacious, had a separate room for each of our 2 kids, ample cutlery and everything you need in the kitchen. The sauna and bubble bath were a dream! And the outdoor deck is a great bonus, too

Location is nice and quiet, not so far from the sea. 5 min with car to city center. Beds are extremely comfortable, the house itself was super fresh, stylish and gorgeous. One of the best places I stayed in my life. Sauna and bath was a gem. Taivo was very helpful.

There are still a few things we did not like. - especially some hot water limit, which some other previous reviewers were mentioning, but we were not expecting this to happen, to be honest. It was a 2-night stay, so we really enjoyed one first day in SPA area, and then decided to repeat it the next day after a long full-day trip. Suddenly we started getting cold water in the bath. The host mentioned about 400 liters of limit in the boiler, which we were not informed about in advance. - the mattress is too soft - lack of privacy: even though the windows are high, the is another house right next to. The kitchen is open for everyone to see what's happening inside. SPA has curtains.
The house and location are very good and exactly what we were expecting. Very good space for parking (2 cars). The inside of the house is quite spacious, we especially liked the kitchen and dining area with big windows + entrance to the SPA area. The SPA area is just amazing, it is even better than we were expecting. There were some issues, but at least one major one was quickly addressed by our host. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay and weekend overall.

We had water trouble on one day, where warm water was not available for multiple hours. Not sure if there was a problem with centrally warmed water, we didn't receive any notification about warm water outage though. But that was really the only negative that we faced, and likely due to no fault of the host. We didn't find it too much of hassel and worked around it, so we never contacted the host to complain.
The house is well decorated and has all comforts needed for a big family or a group of friends staying together for a fun weekend in Pärnu - fully equipped kitchen, big TVs, 3 bedrooms (of which 1 for child), sauna and to top it off a great jacuzzi. Nice terrace and possibility to barbeque. PS! If you like to experiece a bit different sauna then this house has a Saunum sauna, which is a special kind. When usual saunas have higher temperature at top of the room, then Saunum saunas keep same temperature on all height levels of the sauna room.

We enjoyed everything, this home has everything for living, cooking and enjoying the vacay. It was vey warm and comfortable inside. The sauna is excellent. Everything is very stylish and clean. Cosy staying. Recommend!

We loved everything! The house is super modern, comfortable and clean. We came here to have some privacy, gather thoughts and to reduce stress – it is the perfect place. Here was everything you need for staying with your family or to have an escape from everyday life. P.s. SPA room is the best.
