The breakfast could’ve been better

Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Got an upgraded room for our one night stay which was just renovated.

The shower in the bathroom is not thought out at all. There is a curtain, but it does not at all prevent the spread of unnecessary water throughout the bathroom. Be prepared for a constantly wet floor and the inability to wipe and remove excess water (we didn't find any mops). The lighting was not enough for us, and the description “city view” did not live up to our expectations at all.

The hotel has an interesting interior design. The renovation is good, although a bit poor quality. The rooms are clean. The breakfast was very good and we were delighted with the large bed with dimensions of 2x2 m, four pillows of different sizes and warm blankets. There were shampoos in the bathroom, but no slippers. Also, there was a drinking water cooler in the hall.

I haven't found any disadvantages, everything was up to our expectations.

Great location - the sights were in a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and warm enough. As we were travelling by car, we were provided with a parking place without extra charges. I can't say that breakfast was very variable but it was good and substantial.

The beds were too soft for my personal preference. And I could hear every single word loud and clear (their dog threw up :)) the people in the next room were speaking while being in the bathroom.

If you value central location, then that's the place for you. Really nice and friendly staff, a nice size room and free parking.

Only one room key for a twin room which you have to share with your friend. Suggestion is to have 2 room keys for a twin room.

Good location , clear rooms and clean shower, nothing special in the room, but you have everything you need for business trip. Quite ok bed - hard to find same as at home :) , but I can say only a good things, definitely will come back

Some little problems with breakfast- there were not enough bacon, the food what should have been warm, was already cold and the coffee wasn`t drinkable. I missed fried mushrooms and tomatoes.

Breakfast was overall OK, room was clean, and there was an air conditoner! This is rare in Estonia and we appreciated it very much. The pillows and the bed was extra comfortable, also there were some toiletries even.

Hotel is price/performance for visiting Viljandi. Mayor city attractions is 15-20min of walking. Staff was very polite and kind. Tasty adequate breakfast and clean spacious room.

The price was little bit high considering local prices and hotel level. Shower worked very poorly, the water pressure was very low and it took ages to get warm water. For this price one could expect better.

The rooms could be a bit more soundproof. Nothing terrible but you can clearly hear people walking and unlocking the doors in the corridor. The curtains do no darken the room enough so during summer, when sun rises around 5, it was too bright for my taste. Quite poor breakfast, I might say. And surprisingly no matter when I went, always something important already missing...

Even if the building doesn't look like nice hotel from the outside, it is actually quite cozy as soon as you reach the lobby. I really enjoyed the bed and pillows were great. Location is also perfect. Everything important is in the walking distance.

The breakfast was surprisingly different from the traditional Estonian hotel breakfast, but the breakfast area was rather tired. The tablecloths and plates-cups-bowls were not nostalgic-old, but unpleasant-old. Maybe it's my own personal tragedy, but I really don't like to be reminded of the beginning of the 2000s.

The colour palette of the rooms was calm and sort of Scandi-chic. The reading lamps beside the bed were extra ergonomic and eye-friendly, very good for a serious bedtime reading. Glad I brought a book with me :)
