A bigger emphasis on cleanliness would help improve the hotel's impression. The common area, and especially the bathrooms, were a bit dirty (although not at all filthy), but it wasn't a serious problem or deal breaker.

A very solid service for the price I paid. The hotel is close to the city center. After a check-out, I was able to store my luggage until later for 2 € in a locker room by the reception, which helped me a lot. The people at the reception were very kind and helpful.

I experienced some noise because of the children's groups. The overall condition of the furniture is moderated, but considering the price, it is still okay.

Very poor customer service! On May 30, 2024 moring, the front dest lady, she makes you feel you are not welcomed. We paid the hotel, including breakfast, she won't let us get in the breakfast room, there were local customers in already. If the hotel wants to increase the customers, the hotel should provide more customer service training. Discrimination undermines the trust and reputation of any establishment. A sincere commitment to equality and respectful treatment of all guests is essential for fostering a welcoming environment. Hotels should prioritize training the staff to recognize and address instances of discrimination promptly. It's crucial for the management to investigate and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not recur.

It is a pretty simple budget hotel but for the price I would clearly recommend it and it is just 10 min walking distance from the old town. The room was clean and the WIFI was working very well in the room.

Door locks are the kind that you need to carry the key with you, if you close the door behind you - it's locked. Soundproofness is low, get earplugs.

24h reception was handy as we arrived in the middle if the night. Breakfast was simple but good, even the coffee. Recommend oatmeal porridge! Great price for the stay!

Very good location, walking distance from bus station, ferry, center and parks. Airport is 3.5 km away as well. Pretty clean.

The bathroom wasn’t really clean, the shower looked like it hasn’t been cleaned, there were soap stains and hair on the floor.

Good budget hotel, basic necessities for breakfast, bread, yogurt, coffee, etc. The room had poor ventilation and the hotel has not been renovated much. the beds were really old, worn and broken. But the location is good and the staff is friendly at breakfast. if you want a place to stay, this is the place to be.

The interior definitely requires renovation, especially the room doors: sound insulation is not just low, it seems to be non-existent. In my room, I could hear every step and every word in the corridor

- Suitably big room for one person, nice private ceramicized bathroom, spacious refrigerator for a Hotel-room and VERY good large wall-TV (Sony). Breakfast was also included, available at the downstairs buffet. Location was/is excellent. Price-quality ratio, individually. -

Everything in the hotel is old and tired. We didn't try the breakfast as the overall look of the hotel didn't inspire confidence in any food that would be prepared there.

For the price per night and location - it's good, it's within walking distance of Tallinn city centre and the Old Town. We got a room with a private bathroom, that was small but ok. The room had a strong smell of chemical cleaning products when we arrived but there were large windows that helped with ventilation. There was a working fridge to keep our food in. Great shower pressure.

The room was extremly basic, was not possible to open the window, the door was not in good condition and whole space looks more than storage than a hotel room. Disapointing!

- There is no hotel equipment: Shampoo, comb, kettle, glass of water...so customer should brong their own.

- 24/7 reception: I arrived at 1am and there was still a receptionist to help me check in. - The location was easy to travel around Tallinn.
