The place has good location, near the bus station. Nearby is big grocery store. The apartment has everything you need for the family: kitchen, fridge, oven, coffee machine, water dispenser machine, washing machine. Outside is big terrace. Food to cook is also available, so if you need to prepare a breakfast, you don't need to go and buy something. We were very pleased to see candies and champagne which is free to eat and drink. Next time in Tartu, we will definitely stay there as well. Recommend.

Nothing actually. Maybe a little suggestion to add some security to the back door. It can be easily opened by the kids, which is not always good.

It is nice comfortable appartment, everything what you need for few days stay in winter, is there. Good location, close to AHAA, Tartu center. We were glad also for available parking place. Everything really was great.

The air in the rooms was quite hot and dry but that could be easily managed by opening the windows :) We would have appreciated one or two more pots of different sizes for cooking (there was only one and it was too small for a family). The shower could have a door to avoid water spilling on the floor outside of the shower.

Good variety of meals for breakfast and lunch - oatmeal porridge, cereals, milk, delicious coffee, rise and pasta. Children were happy about the offer of small snacks. All this was an unexpected surprise as the reservation indicated that there are no meal options in this accomodation.

There's a larger road nearby and if you open the windows or step to the terrace, the monotonous hum is tiring.

The apartment is brand new, simply laid out and has a lot of space and opportunities for family and work. There's enough seating (couch, arm chair, dinner area, etc) and good kitchen amenities (proper coffee machine etc).

Would be nice to have blackout curtains in the living room to make sleeping on the couch more comfortable. A bit loud at night in the living room due to busy road outside.

Walking distance to all attractions, good check in and check out. Snacks and drinks available for free, coffee and water. Very clean and cosy.

NEW Modern and stylish apartment! Everything was perfect. Very comfortable. Big kitchen, with coffee machine and fresh coffee, water machine, was tea, oils, cacao, seasoning, etc. Great terrace and dog friendly! Perfect location about 500m till AHHAA centre and about 20min walk to Old Town.

It is good, that everything went smooth - I found keys, all needed things were prepared etc, but if I needed something I am not sure I would be able to contact owner, because througout all my stay, I got no reply to my messages. I dont care about lack of reply, but I am not sure if I would get them if really needed.

Overall I am really satisfied with the experience. As it shows in my marks.

As we stayed with our dog, it was perfect - first floor & direct entrance to the garden. Few minute walk to the city center & spas. Parking just outside the apartment.

The host arrived at time, the apartment was very nicely furnished and clean, had everything ready for a comfortable stay. A lot of attention had been put also on smaller details. E.g. there were even ice cubes in the freezer - how convenient!

Unfortunately, there was little to no cleaning in the apartment. There was still toilet paper in the toilet and the toilet seat was dirty. There were even hairs on the made-up bed. We also had to convert the sofa into a bed ourselves, even though we had booked the apartment for four people. All in all the apartment was okay. For one night and the low price it was enough. However, if I had been travelling with my family rather than friends, it would not have been acceptable. The same goes for a longer stay or a higher price. If the cleaning had been adequate, the apartment would have been at least 9/10, but in this condition it was not satisfactory.

It is a very nice apartment. It is furnished in a modern style and corresponds to the photos. There was plenty of bed linen and towels. We were pleasantly surprised by the free snacks and a selection of breakfast cereals.

It was really near the city center. Easy to go by walk.
