The location was great, close to the harbor and therefore easily accessible on foot if you arrive by ferry. The lounge is large and has everything you need. The coffee machine is great and the shared room offers enough space to store your belongings.

Since it's a hostel it is hard to expect anything more than a bunk bed and clean sheets, but it would be nice if a pack of earplugs would be given to a guest upon check-in. Arrived in Tallinn too late to get a pair and had some trouble sleeping in a shared bedroom.

The hotel is very conveniently located, since there weren't too many people traveling by car i could use the parking space available, and the breakfast waffles offered by the hotel was a pleasant surprise.

24/7 advertised front desk wasn't so - needed to talk to them about a couple of minor things but didn't see anyone.

it would be nice to have basic shower gel and shampoo in the shower cabins since I did not have anything prepared with me:)

I stayed only 1 night for a short stop between my flights, so I had no time to use all the possibilities of this accommodation. The reception was working all night so I could check in by late arrival, check out time at 12 is also very nice for tired travelers. I like the big common room and will check out the sauna and waffles during my next stay! (I stayed at this place many years ago, too, and that was a reason to stay again this time)

The check in process was a bit tedious (had to show both of our IDs, which were deep in our luggage, which is not their fault, I have just never been asked to show ID after paying for the room and showing the booking number) The bathroom sink tap was kind of broken, it wiggled around and released some sand like debris from underneath it, when I lifted it up slightly.

Quite a cozy and nicely decorated room, very comfortable beds, blackout curtains, and an awesome location for the typical tourist.

The door of the shared room made lot of noise every time someone walked through. Luckily we were just three people in the room during my stay. The staff could be a bit more welcoming and smiley - that really makes a difference!

Very well located between the old town and Telliskivi area. The morning sauna and pancakes gave a nice start for the day! During the off season it was a peaceful and comfortable place to stay.

Location, location, location. Great ambiance. Staff let us lock our luggage as we were taking the Tallink later in the day, allowing us to explore old town unencumbered. Nice common room.

The low number of bathrooms/toilets outside and near the bedroom.

room is spacious and clean, toilet and bathroom also clean and smell good, have a locker with its key so don't need to use additional padlook

The bathrooms weren’t super clean, some of the showers heads were rusty. The beds might need to readjusted. One of the girls checked in very early in the morning and woke me up because my bed got shaken while her climbing.

The location was very convenient. It’s close to public transportation, old town and ferry terminal.

Receptionist wasn't very friendly or welcoming, didn't even try to speak English, mumbled something in Estonian and handed out an A5 paper with some instructions in Russian...

Very quiet! Room was in a basement, and thanks to thick walls it was extremely peaceful. Great common room with table tennis, library, and well-equipped kitchen. There is also a spa, but we didn't have the time to check it out.

There is no shampoo or anything. The walls are so thin, you can hear anything if somebody even walking in the corridor.

Room was similiar with in the pictures. Nice view of the old town. Bathroom was kinda small.
