The apartment Gildi 9 looked very nice in the pictures but it was little worned out. Little bit love and deep cleaning amd fixing and it'd be excellent. If you have mobility issues, this apartment is not for you, very steep chairs to the apartment door and for the bed room in the loft (no safety railing on the left side). So be careful with younger children. Toilet smelled very bad, if you forgot by mistake the door open, the odour would smell above in the loft bed room. The shower head was poor and nowhere except shower floor to put shampoo etc. We used the French press for coffee. Night before leaving we tried the nice looking coffee machine. It did not work nor the qr-code for using instructions. Google helped and the machine needed descaling. Maybe do that in regular basis. I lost my earring under the sofa and had to move it. There was quite much trash under it. Minor issue but was expecting more with the excellent reviews.

Excellent location, very quiet, nice kitchen and well equipped. Comfortable beds and nice living room/kitchen space to spent evening. In all good value for money.

If we have to add something here, then would like to mention the quantity of tea spoons 😊 Double bed is really soft (we read that in reviews, too) - we were ok with that, however someone else might not be. Also if you plan to use sofa on first floor for sleeping - it might not be comfortable for that. Dust under the bed on second floor. However, there are hoovers available and that was a good solution 😇

We really enjoy our stay in this romantic, Old Fashion style Home in an amazing Old Town location ❤️ I have to agree, that place is better than in photos and we chose it according to the reviews. We absolutely reccomend to stay here! It is like a Fairy Tale house 💕 we chose a place with 2 bedrooms, one had 2 twin beds and the other one - one double size bed and it was perfect for us - family with 3 kids. We also found cot bed for smallest kid (actually there were 2 cot beds in the house). There is a sofa bed on first floor, but we didnt use it for sleep. The temperature outside was -20C and it was nice and warm in the house, warm floors on first floor. Kitchen has everything you need, we were happy about the coffee machine - perfect coffee in the morning 🤍 good bathroom, enough bath towels, bed linnen. Very easy self check-in. Comfortable check-in and check-out. Communicative host. Shops are close, Kaubamaja is about 8 minutes walk, grocery shops - about 5 minutes walk. Nice music playing, when entering the house, that added a wonderful touch to the atmosphere. Thank you, host!!! We would be happy to come back in the summer ❤️

The parking took a time to figure out. As well its not to apartment in direct, but our neighbours had party, so it was loud enough to hear the type of music they were listening at 12 o clock in midnight.

Great place to stay. I loved the area, and kids love the place. They had a lot of design elements to explore. Kitchen was equipped good there was everything you need for stay.

Our host Pavel was friendly and very helpful and answered within minutes we had questions. Appartment was spacious and beautifully decorated. Also kitchen had everything we needed, including some oat porridge for morning.

Ants in the kitchen. Door to the garden can not be locked safely, no key and chain is to long. It’s easy to open it from outside. But we felt safe

A very nice, cozy and comfortable apartment in an old historical building with everything needed including a lot of antique-looking furniture pieces and other home decorative stuff. I guess it was for the first time that I lived in a fachwerk house. We also liked sitting with a glass of wine in a small green garden on the terrase in the backyard. The location is excellent, very close to all the sights.

As it is an old apartment the stairs are steep, so not suitable for anyone who cannot climb stairs.

Having some trailing power leads would be v useful. Though it was OK it would be useful to advise that the bathroom is on the ground floor and the stairs are quite narrow /steep. The bed mattress is too soft- worn out. 2023 please add an in-house bio-bin.
