There is no reception. I had to check out at 12 and my flight was in the evening. I couldn’t leave my luggage there. There was no TV but that turned out to be a bonus! There was a kettle and tea bgs but no coffee.

The location was great. Very near the market square. My room (Passion) was huge and nicely decorated. The bathroom was new and clean. There was a fridge on the landing. The room looked out on the street but it was quiet.

It's a charming old house, so it can be cold and noisy, but it was not too bad and ear plugs were provided, which was a thoughtful gesture.

The location is great. It is in the old town center and everything was within walking distance. I didn't meet any staff, but the communication was very good and the self check-in worked well. The room was set up with care and attention to detail. All in all, it was a great value.

Excellent location. The self-check-in and out process is entirely convenient. I appreciate the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, although the furniture is simple, it's reasonable for the price. Throughout my stay, I didn't encounter any staff, but I was able to access the room before 2pm since it was already prepared.

Found a few hairs on my bedding- likely from the throw blanket then the actual linen which seemed clean. Small shower but good location

We arrived on a 9.30am ferry and they were very kind when we informed them of this as they let us complete early check in and we were able to get into the hotel at 10am. Cute cosy room. Shampoo/conditioner/soap given. Very good price for location

Staying in an old building comes with few trade-offs such as low water pressure in the shower and thin walls that let noise through (however - they provided earplugs).

The location couldn't be better. The check-in was very easy. The room matched the pictures and was clean. We were happy that they provided shampoo and hairdryer. Also the room was warm although it being cold outside.

The soundproofing at the property is quite bad. You can hear everything the front door getting opened/closed and since it's an big old door, there's always a bang. You can hear other guests in the hallway, and in some cases even in their rooms. There was another guest one floor down and you could hear her singing and having a party till late at night. And since there is no staff present, there is no one to react to the issues at place. The property knows there is a problem with noise as there were earplugs ready on the night table. They were really nice earplugs, though! While the room is quite spacious, the space is not well used. In a room for 1-2 persons, there was a couch for 5 people (not a very comfortable one but fits the style) and no desk, no (arm)chair, or no place to put your luggage (other than on the floor, couch, or bed). It's a beautiful room in a gorgeous old building, but poorly designed.

Self check in and check out was easy, the location was pretty nice for visiting the old town, and the old building has a lot of character. For the price (~38 €/night) it was fine. Wifi worked well, and the bed, although it had seen its better days, was surprisingly comfortable.

May be it is important for somebody that there is no a fridge and a microwave or a stove inside the apartment. It was our problem, because we didn’t check it before booking. It is not host’s fault:)

This accommodation is situated very close to the main square of Tallin’s old house. We needed just a place for sleeping 😴 so it was just perfect for us. The host was very kind and we have got a permission to stay two hours longer for a small fee. The apartment is clean and the beds are comfortable, it is all we needed 😊👌 the price was fair)

I would’ve hoped that the wifi would reach into the rooms as well. The wifi works well in the dining area, as advertised, but working from your room was not possible. Not a huge negative, since it is clearly stated in the hotel information, just something you should be aware of if you plan on working late at night!

Very good location, hotel was easy to find. The room was clean and nice, on the smaller side, but still very homely. Bathroom was super clean, soap was included. Kettle and tea for the early mornings. Two hairdryers. Ground floor windows open to the road. The vibe of the room was very nice and it fit well with the location. Sheets were white and clean!

Everything was good except we were just next to the staircase, it felt like people were walking in our room because the sound isolation from the door was so bad! They give earplugs, but i hope there is a way to improve it. The radiator was on in the bathroom, in july.

Good facilities, beautiful room. Nice opportunity to make some tea and coffee. Easy check-in and check-out. Great location in the old town.

The bed linen was really poor. It was covering only the top of the bed. It was ok at the beginning of the night, but later it was loose and and was a bit disgusting to know that I would touch my face on a bed where a lot of people have slept. Because that I had to wake up and put the linen tight again in the bed
