-harder to find -hard to reach landlord, but when you find him he is very polite and friendly -water in pipes is very mineralized and smells slightly like mineral water

Wifi wasn't working, even cellular was not available inside.

Quite unique place. At first it looked like it is in the middle of nowhere, but the next day we found amazing bird watch tower only a minute ride away, which has fantastic views. The place itself isn't very posh and fancy, but it's clean and had everything we needed.

Some of the renovation choices could've been better (like a small threshold in the shower), and the sewer smelt a bit in the room, but otherwise no complaints.:)

Very nice cozy place in the middle of "nothing" 🥰 it was a small walk to the coast and a nice bird watching tower. The staff was nice, the room was alright, and everything went very smoothly.

The bed had a topper and no fitted sheet so ended up in real mess every morning, bathroom was very small

The environment, the vety flexible staff (owner) and the quality of the home made food and breakfasr. Small apartment had all you could wish. Didnot missed a TV set but that was not available

The cosy atmosphere and kind host!! The place is real manor house- interior, well acquiped, with luxurious and tasty breakfast! And above all the countryside peace, silence- only birds and grasshoppers singing, and very early "alarm clock"- the local property and neighbour's roosters🤣🤣👍

Some improvements to the interior could perhaps be done, but everything was clean and tidy.

The area and the manor was beautiful. We recommend a walk to the bird tower. The beds were comfortable and the room was very quiet.

Breakfast was great, Swedish table whith all you could want. Mostly birdwatchers from Finland and Scandinavia are the guests as a wonderful location for this purpose is just a kilometre walk from there.

The facilities generally are fairly simple, but that is what you would expect in such a venerable manor house. It would be unfair to compare them to a highly modern new-build establishment in a big city. Everything was comfortable, clean, and warm.

This is a very old manor house, with loads of atmosphere and an exceptionally friendly host who tells you everything about the location. Old world gardens and orchards surround the property, and it has that old-world feeling which you so rarely find these days. Mine host cooks and provides the food himself, laying it out in the dining room for you to help yourself from hot dishes as you wish. He also provides a wine box and trusts you to let him know how many (very reasonably priced) glasses you have taken. Altogether a very relaxed atmosphere, like staying in somebody's home. It is particularly well placed for birdwatching on the Maatsalu reserve, and the viewing tower is only half a km down the road.

Shower was very great and bed comfortable. Liked the resting area with a lot of options. We used the chance to grill outside. Owner was friendly. Breakfast had good varieties.

There is a big free roaming dog outside - I wouldn't have booked this accommodation if I knew it in advance, and I was afraid to leave the building alone. The rooms and bathrooms were not very clean. There was some unpleasant smell in the common area.

The manor is located in a quiet area. The staff were friendly and hospitable. We could pre-order a very delicious dinner (15 euro per person), and the dinner was nice and warm even though we arrived quite late (at 21:30). The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, there was also a big common area with a sofa.
