Spa area feels a little tired. There is paint peeling off the walls in some areas as well as cracks in some of the walls. Guests have to pay an extra €28 per person to access some areas of the spa, which we didn’t feel was worth it.

Everything was very clean and comfortable, staff were very accommodating and the free spa facilities are good. The rooms we stayed in felt modern and were a good size for two guests. Rituals toiletries are also provided to guests for use during their stay. There was a large selection of different foods to accommodate all sorts of diets at breakfast, including vegetarian and gluten free.

Salt pool area seemed a little shabby.

Spa was very nice. Water was warm, saunas were great. Breakfast had many different and very good options. Superior room was spacious and comfy.

The spa was a bit disappointing as there was very little of everything. And for the extra cost, we wouldn't say it's worth it. And it's not cheap. However, spending an hour in the sauna and sitting in the jacuzzi is fine.

We really liked the hotel, I think that in the summer it’s just wonderful there, since the hotel is located right on the seashore. We were delighted with the breakfast, everything was there, breakfast 10/10.

The spa experience could be done more enjoyable with more daybeds. Also, during check in the staff should offer and explain more the quiet spa meaning.

The restaurants were open quite long, the staff was friendly, the food was amazing.

Compared to previous stay, we were staying in freshly renovated room which was great, felt comfy and warm. Room included everything that was needed. Bathroom also was perfect, shampoo and other stuff was from Rituals brand and not some regular, it felt great to have some well-known brand to wash with. As we visited at the middle of the week, it felt like it was a private SPA. Breakfast was nice, with lots of options, also including champagne. Great bonus was that coffee machine offered also OAT Milk, which was great to have. As previous time I picked room with sea view and the sea was not see-able due to dune being in front I did not see the need to book one with significantly higher price and in this case I picked the regular one.

Water temperature in the spa could have been a bit warmer. I did not like that the spa is split into 2 where half of it costs extra money.

I liked that the room was clean and looked good. We also liked that the room temperature was adjustable and there were beach bags in the room to use in spa. Bed was comfortable wit 2 different size pillows and fluffy blankets. Bathroom was big with a big mirror and floor heating. I loved that they had a good quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body loton. Breakfast was the best i have had anywhere. Choice was huge and everything was really fresh and tasty. Hotel had many cosy corners to relax. It felt like they have thought about every detail to make the stay better.

There is nothing to add, it is really the best hotel ever!

It was our third time in the hotel and we still plan to go back. Everything was as usual perfect and more. The room was clean, beds and bedsheets were comfortable and nice. Breakfast (with champagne) was amazing and surprised us with ice-cream. I think it is the best breakfast that I have ever had. And SPA is truly amazing!

The hotel furniture is little bit outdated or broken, it would be great to replace this soon. But in general everything is great.

The hotel is located on the seafront, with superior rooms and suits offering sea view. Excellent spa area with swimming pools (Silent spa for an additional fee), wonderful body treatments and delicious restaurants - all the magic in one place. Breakfasts are also excellent, with a glass of prosecco and wide selection of options. Parking is convenient and free.

Walls of the room were really thin and you can hear lot of noise around… nabers are snoring, moving around, doors are bouncing and service trolleys in the corridor. We woke up 7:20 in the second Christmas morning to loud noise which came from somewhere… I guess it wS a service room what was close to us.

Location is bit out of the city center but not far and still in a good walking distance. Room way having enough of space and bed wS really comfortable. Food in the restaurant was super delicious and the spa experience as well. We stayed 3 days and took quiet spa 1day only.
