Clean and modern hotel in the very center of Narva. Rich breakfast served buffet style

The bathroom was tiny No heat pump/air-con. Given the way the hotel is build, I wonder how hot rooms get the in summer :-0

1) that the restaurant closed already at 18:00 hrs, but luckily other restaurants were near by. 2) no natural Yogurt was available in the breakfast buffet, only sugary fruit flavoured 3) the fried bacon was in thick clumbs of 5 or 6 pieces, rather than being fried individulally.

I've known this place for years but never stayed before. It's always been a well maintained hotel as far as I can remember. I stayed in the cheapest room which was simple but comfortable, quite and clean.

Very minimalistic bathroom. No horizontal space to put your staff on. Very tiny sink. Window was on a busy road, nosy if window was opened. Neither tea nor instant coffee were free. Hotel does not have any extra facilities like gym

The accessibility room has no small refrigerator as I have come to expect in any hotel room for many years and some folks needing this room also need a cool place for medications. The TV location is in such a position that it's difficult angle to view it from the beds. Additional receptacles in the desk area would help some folks operating higher power devices such as a charging a laptop and also having a kettle of water at the same time. The are workarounds but slightly less convenient. The shower appears to create a larger puddle reaching the front of the toilet, could be user error on my part. The accessible entrance at the street side was not operational as the desk aligns with the entry with stairs. There appears to have been a check-in desk at the other entrance. There is an accessible entrance from the rear parking area although doors are manually operated with at the least a threshold from the stairwell (just a landing, level otherwise) to access the lobby. There are two elevators but they do not access each other's rooms. To go from one elevator group to the other you can use the stairs for half a flight.

The USB ports with some of the receptacles was a good idea, although of lower power than some devices require. The hotel cafe has a nice breakfast buffet in the mornings. Some guests have it included in their stay. I did not but still felt it was worth the additional fee. The cafe foods also can be obtained as not buffet style through the day.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a lot of variety. The hotel had an elevator which was a bonus. Free parking and a lot of new renovations had just taken place. Very happy with our stay - great value.

Was not quite easy to find a free place for car in high travel season. Price for living was a bit higher than expected.

Clean room and hotel, comfortable beds, clean towels, very good/reach breakfast, very friendly personnel. We liked everything, thank you! Will come back if visit Narva in future.

spacious rooms, very clean, sauna in a room was a surprise. Stuff was very helpful, I asked for two baby cots and they prepared everything for us. Extremely greatful for the service.

The staff couldn't speak english enough. Breakfast was quite poor.

Expect traffic noises in the morning. I would trade flat screen for a tea bag and a piece of soap to take as a souvenir :)

R. 507 was spacious for 3 ppl. Clean. Sunny in the evening. Huge windows. Basic necessities are available (tea cattle, ->fair size fridge<-). Free parking.

It's better to choose two single beds, as a double mattress is poor. Probably synthetic cover so it was very hot on a hot night [+30] and I had to remove the mattress. Although the bed was a double bed, the duvet was only a single bed. Lack of air conditioning
