Loud child at the spa. We were trying to relax and there was a child screaming in the pool. Same child was later running around in the bar area and being very noisy. We had to go to our room to get some peace.

The loveliest staff ever! Amazing food at the restaurant, great sauna and small pools. Great location, close to Tallinn but very peaceful ☺️

light came through the room door (door is too small for the frame) during the night keeping the room brighter and making it harder to sleep, thin walls of the room meant that sounds from next room were very noticable, not enough pillows for sleeping

big enough and quite new spa (small pool to sit in, jacuzzi, steam sauna and finnish sauna, salt corner to lie down and rest), good looking manor house and decor, tasty and professionally made food and service in the restaurant, not crowded place overall

The staff was really helpful, and they are very accommodating. Borrowing wine openers, answering every question and even preparing us a sandwich when we missed the breakfast time. The place is also amazing and very authentic, and the rooms are beautiful and warm. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Everything was just perfect.

It is a special place with an authentic feeling of old manor—luxurious interior, lovely terrace to enjoy a well-kept garden, great kitchen, and private spa. Beautiful lake view for your morning coffee, so relaxing atmosphere all over. We spent a weekend night and were pleasantly surprised to find such a place close to Tallinn. We will definitely visit again. Thank you for keeping the historical manors alive!

Currently, the lake near the manor is not filled with water and under rapairs. So the view and the surroundings is not the best. But that is a temporary thing.

The manor itself is beautiful and authentic . Both the breakfast and the dinner were excellent. We especially liked the spa - it was clean and very relaxing. Overall, the place has a great atmosphere.

The surrounding is still in development, like the muddy "lake", Some details should be fixed like the stairs to the main entrance and the corridor to the rooms. The latter was like in a hospital and contravened the other vice nice old interior. However understand, that this will take some time.

I liked the ancient look and the historical dimension of the manor. A lot of the details were preserved as they were in the ancient times. i liked also the very informal and friendly welcoming of guests no big check-in desks. Also the perspectives of developing activities for guests in the manor are large. There are several building that can be utilized. in the manor large common areas are a big plus.

Although we booked a Deluxe Room, I expected something bigger, but it was actually quite small. If you don't like surprises, double-check the room size you are booking. Also, the surroundings of the manor are a bit empty. Just be prepared to be surrounded only by fields and nature. There isn't much to do if you don't have a car. And to spend some daytime with some activity, then you have to drive around and look for some sights.

Kernu Manor & SPA actually surprised us with a nice, peaceful, and cozy boutique spa, which was located in the basement. And another thing that surprised us was the quality of the restaurant called Ludvig. Spending there 2 nights was splendid, very relaxing. Although the SPA area is not that big, there are a few saunas, a jacuzzi, and a small pool, but still, it was nice to relax with only a few people around. It felt like it was a couple's weekend getaway, and there were no families spending their weekends with their small children. So, that was exactly what we expected. The restaurant experience right after the spa in the evening was delightful. The quality of the cooking was more than I expected. From the day we arrived until the end, the staff was very friendly, helpful, attentive, and warm. You really felt that you are a guest who is warmly welcomed. It is a good option to spend a couple of nights, just relaxing there, and it's not very far from Tallinn city. I was actually surprised that there is such a manor with spa, and somehow I have never heard of it.

There's really nothing that I disliked about our wonderful stay! The lake and the landscaping in front of the building is being redone but is not their fault. Piano needs tuning and the billiard room needs new billiard cues. Overall excellent!

The hotel is in a very nice Manor House. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We really enjoyed the gourmet dinner which was more than excellent and breakfast porridge is indeed the best! Little details like a beautiful fireplace and well compartmentalized space/ activities also are an extra bonus. Spa was excellent clean and cozy. Very welcoming staff and management, friendly pleasant and attentive service . Many thanks to Kernu Manor for attention to detail and letting us feeling at home!

It would be good to have more services offered in the spa- a fridge or some drink service in the spa.

The cozy and home-like atmosphere. We felt like guests at a manor home who could roam about in the premises and enjoy this friendly and relaxed, yet luxurious stay.

Some people might wish for a TV set but there was none in our room. Also no minibar, although there was a well-functioning little fridge.

The hotel is in a very nice Manor House. The common rooms were nicely restored and thoughtfully furnished. The deluxe bedrooms were spacious and with a comfortable bed. However, no TV. The breakfast was tasty and there was a good selection. We really enjoyed the gourmet dinner and the friendly service. There was about a 100 years old park around the Manor House. The lake and the landscaping in front of the building was being redone. We didn’t visit the spa but the pictures of it looked relaxing.
