Beautiful hotel, immaculate bedrooms and the pool and spa area are heavenly! A particular highlight was the 5pm chocolate happy hour! I've recommended this hotel to everyone I know who is visiting Tallinn

The spa was fantastic!! Also the fact that it was accessible for most of the hours of the day. The bathroom in the rooms was beautifully designed, we got a room with a bath, excellent experience.

A minimal, elegant and tasteful design - in the room, lobby, relaxing area. Restaurant with fantastic view. Super comfortable spa. A perfectly clean bathroom - no signs of multiple, long-term usage in the bath, basin.

There is really nothing to dislike.

We liked everything about the property. It was in a good location, easy to get to the town center, ferry terminal and the airport. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English, and the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable.

Some of the showers at the spa area were not functioning.

We had an amazing stay. The beds are comfy and good, we slept very well and there's no noise through the windows. The breakfast selection offered several options and some nice local pancakes etc, maybe could have more options for strictly vegans. We also used the pool and sauna area. Everything is clean and well kept. The chocolate hour was a lovely additional touch. We were really happy and would stay again!

Everything was amazing.

Whenever we visit Tallinn, we consistently opt for that hotel. From its location to its top-notch quality, everything is exceptional. The room standards are superb, offering a truly premium experience. Even the shower amenities exude luxury. The only thing I did not like is the requirement to hand over a credit card to the staff member, to secure use of a mini bar in the room. I would prefer to provide only the number.

The room was very nice, big, quiet, comfortable beds, selection of tea. Staff was very helpful, providing information on restaurants and calling the taxi in the morning. Excellent location, some restaurants within walking distance.

There is nothing bad, since it is our 6th time there and we will be back any time again.

The smell of the hotel. Everything was new and clean. The interior is very modern and comfortable. The location is perfect. Also we really like the spa and saunas there. There is also the best breakfast we have ever got from hotels - the selection, taste, freshness, music and so on.

We stayed at this hotel for two days - on the second day they did not add a bottle of water. When ordering, I wrote a request - a beautiful view of the city and a high floor. In fact, we got a third floor and a view to the windows of the building opposite.

We would have hoped for more vegan and gluten free options at the breakfast the price of 15 € / person, but is was alright.

We really loved this hotel. The spa area was very nice and just the right size for us. Very calm and clean. The room was spacious, the bed was big, there was a bath tub in the toilet. We had a coffee machine in the room and lovely coffee. The hotel restaurant was wonderful, we had some vegan soup and salad. Everything tasted amazing and the service was excellent. The breakfast had some vegan options like bread, fruit, beans, veggies, spring rolls etc.
