No staff, and the kitchen is very messy. There was some weird Russian guy in the hostel, Always asking things. The toilet was broken.

For this price, it is really good. The old town is 200m. The bed was very comfortable.

It's quite difficult to climb upstairs if you have really heavy suitcases. It might not be the cleanest place in the world, but it's more than okay for a short stay.

The location is superb and the price is more than reasonable. We were also allowed to come earlier and just stay inside while waiting for the check-in, which was really nice.

It's not exactly a nice place, but you couldn't expect anything more considering the price.

Great value for money, it's very basic but clean and comfortable enough. It was very quiet when we stayed and we slept well (room with no window). There was a good little heater in the room. Beds were all different, some softer and some harder. Location was great and staff was very nice.

The location is just brilliant and for such a central location the room prices are really cheap but everything else depends. Last time when I stayed there, I gave the place 10 points. But this time I didn't get the room that I had booked but one that was on the street side and thus very noisy. The weather was hot and the only way to get some fresh air was through the window, so there was no other option than keeping the window open. But anyway, I guess that I would still come again.

We didn’t know who the staff was. A random guy asked us for our room number and couldn’t explain why he wanted to know, so we didn’t give it to him as we felt that was a bit suspicious. Also, when you shower, the whole bathroom gets wet, so take note of that.

I have nothing to complain because I read many reviews before booking the hostel, so I was well aware about its pros and cons and made my decision consciously. Overall, the place is not very clean, both inside the room and in the common areas. The window didn't close properly because it was half broken, so there was noise coming from outside the building. There were also noisy men shouting in the evening who seem to live there, but during the night I had non problems and slept quite well (bring ear caps just just in case). If you don't mind these aspects, the place works just fine. Otherwise you would seek for a different accommodation.

The hostel is located just a few meters away from the old town and in the heart of a pretty lively area with a lot of pubs, restaurants and shops. Once I got to the hostel there was nobody to check me in, but I texted a message and they answered me right away with all the instructions to get into my room. Price is great if you are a flexible and adaptable traveler

There wasn't many kitchen supplies to use and general cleanliness was quite weak. Overall the hostel is what you can expect for this price

The kitchen tended to be dirty, but there were always soap and sponges to make up for it.

The main issue concerns the common areas. We know it’s not easy for the owner to maintain the cleanliness of this part and that everybody should be responsible. However, the kitchen is not very clean and it’s near the smoking area. It’s easy to smell the cigarette out of our bedroom. Unfortunately, we tried to no use the kitchen. Furthermore, I talked with my friend. She’s a woman and she would not recommend that place for any women traveling alone. During our stay, all rooms were booked by noisy men (bring your earplugs!) hanging in the common areas.

The room is cheap and very well located, so the quality-price ratio remains good even if there are indeed some drawbacks. I will explain all of them below. Our experience was not bad and it worths the price in our case, but honesty is important. We booked a bedroom with our own private bathroom. Regarding the room, it’s very basic but everything was clean! We slept well on our bed. The only issue is the window that cannot be open to aerate. I cannot imagine being in this room during summertime.

I stayed there with my friend for 2 weeks in July 2022. Firstly, the location of it is wonderful and close to Old Town; But the price of it is cost-effective. Next time I visit Tallinn, I will stay there again!

The lady who received us was very nice (she didn't speak English, but it is not a problem to communicate by sign). The hostel has a great location, it was clean, there was everything a person might need when traveling (iron, hair dryer, equipped kitchen, good wi-fi, large mirror at the exit) this is not a 5 star hotel, it is a HOSTEL. For travelers (not tourists) it is almost a luxury place. There are some small drawbacks, but if this is your place to sleep and you spend the rest of the day enjoying the city it's a good choice. I understand that tourists may complain about the windows (they are specific) about the fact that you have to go up to the 4th floor on your feet and next to the building there are places where music is playing and it is not completely quiet, but this is the CENTER of the capital, this is where the city is alive, although it is still quiet compared to other capitals. I think we will come back here again, because 4 days to see this city is not enough.

The hostel is good with a small, but clean room. The bed is comfortable, the common bath rooms/toilets are clean. Check-in is very easy. It is almost in the old town, just 2 minutes away (walking). Trams and buses, super markets and good restaurants are nearby. It was a great stay and I would recommend it!
