Rude staff. Unclean toilets. To many drunk people..my room was a guy who keep talking racist stuff all days long. Not pleasant..i ask to change room but admin staff didn't offer I don't recommend for family to stay..there are other options.

The kitchen was lacking of elements such as glasses or utensils but they can easilybe found in the nearest Selver supermarket.

Excellent location in a quiet area of Tallinn with easy access to the center by bus. Equipments in the rooms are brand new.

I was sleeping during the day cuz i had a night ride and i could clearly hear neighbors laughing sometimes, but i guess at night its not a problem. So actually its all good

Workers are really nice and polite. They find a way to accommodate my requests. I booked a mixt room just because i didnt pay attention, the administrator suggested me a private room, explained that its gonna change the price in this case, everything was well explained and i was warned about possibilities to change my reservation. WC with shower is common, but its really clean and well repaired. Beds are comfy, there is a kettle, a fridge, a wardrobe, a table and a TV in the room, and all needed kitchen equipment you can find in the common kitchen. Calm enough. I rested well. Thanks.

Broken bedsheets, like everyone has said it; it smells, Administrator does not speak Estonian and barely English. It was supposed to be “male dormitory” yet there were still females?

Overally the place is just a mess. Need to be renovated. Showed and toilets are shared and only few of them for all the guests. Shower button is a hugeeee problem. If you push the button, the water only lasts like 1-2 seconds. They say there is a private parking, but I did arrive late and got a parking fine at night around 3am which means I have to pay 20€. Overally I do not understand how we have such places in year 2023.

The location was good. My room was clean and good. Wifi is very good.

Cold shower, whole building under construction, dirty kitchen, filthy rooms, bathroom moldy, unfriendly staff, beds are too short and unconformable, pictures show different room plus no privat bathroom, very noisy, weired and drunk guests

Staff did’nt speak any language except russian and couldn’t understand that I had paid already for the booking. Very unpleasant experience.

Everything is old, broken or dirty and they initially tried to accommodate me in the room lower than I booked, with shared bathroom, no window and absolutely horrible old and broken furniture and carpet, only after complaining they mooved me to the room, I ve booked but only for 2 days, after that they moved me again in another room. The whole experience was a disaster.

All night there was a noise from the city. The room was messy, full of dust. Toilets also lack order. We have not been contacted to confirm accommodation.

There were some renovation activities going on during my stay so workers started working at 9:00 am and causing noise . No soap in the toilet .

Maybe it's a tiny detail, but my room's door joint was not very silent, so I had to kinda be careful when opening or closing the door to the fullest since it will make some noise, it'd be more comfortable if oil the joint a bit..

The host was welcoming and flexible with my pretty late check in, free towel, always there to help, etc.

The room was extremely over priced for the facilities available. The room was full of flies, the window was screwed shut so there was no fresh air in the room. There was no bed but a sort of fold out, which was heavily stained and had no headboard/support. The shower button had to be pushed every 5 seconds to keep the water running and the tap was on a censor. The website offered a free transfer as part of the package but when I called to arrange this I was informed it would cost extra.

Really old building that needs renovation. Shared showers and toilets also need rebuilding, it wasn't comfortable to use. Also, you can hear a lot what is happening in others rooms. The fridge in our room also was noisy.

The place was poor. Kitchen was ugly and filthy, didn’t even want as much as prepare tea there. There was no nicely arranged common space at all. It is more for workers than for backpackers. Beds crammed too closely together. There was no electrical outlet by my bed, so it was inconvenient. Furniture is old and cheap. The window was broken / didn’t close at all, so I din’t feel my luggage would be safe if everybody leaves the room since we were in a low ground floor. There were no lockers in the room. Personnel speaks no/very poor English.

Shower / wc were ensuite and good enough. You can keep luggage in the administrator’s (receptionist’s) office. There was a fridge with some basic food / water to buy at the receptionist’s desk.
