Everything was fine!

The hotel is completely renovated, everything is very decent. The location is very convenient - access by car to the Old Town. The staff meets the requirements of a boutique hotel, is very attentive to customers. Cleanliness and order, excellent breakfasts, a large selection of dishes. We liked everything very much, we will definitely come back.

Everything was perfect. The location is perfect to see the old town. Everyone was very helpful and polite. The room was very comfort and clean. The breakfast was really good with many choices and everything was fresh. The parking was in the courtyard and you were just few steps from your room. I reccommend this hotel 100% and i will prefer stay there if i travel again to Tallin.

This boutique hotel is situated in an ideal location - in the Old town of Tallinn. Every detail is thought out - quiet luxury interior, bed linen, soft bathrobe, wonderful breakfast. In fact, I didn't want to leave the room :)

Breakfast was very nice, but i was missing brewed tea a bit (there were only regular teabags).

The hotel was very nice and beatifully renovated. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was very chic and the rooms were amazing, slept like babies. Breakfast was very nice. Location was excellent. Will defini tely come here again and recommend this to my friends and family. The hotel was just newly renovated and been open for two weeks.

The hotel is in a great location in Tallinn's old town. The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. It's a lovely place to stay for a trip to Tallinn. The hotel itself is full of character and makes a refreshing change to the usual concrete and glass cages usually on offer these days.

Nunne Boutique Hotel in Tallinn provides an exceptional experience. The staff is super nice and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The standard double room was much smaller than expected based on the photos on the web. The "view" from the room was the wall of the building across a narrow street. For a hotel with a 4-star rating, the breakfast was very basic and poorly organised - just one really slow coffee machine and lack of resupply for run-out items.

Interior of the hotel was very clean and looked nice from the outside. The location was nice and quiet.

The bathroom was poorly clean and the trashcan was filled with the previous guests hygiene waste. When calling the reception, I did not get the slightest of apology only the classic ”let me talk to my manager and call you back”. The manager seem to be the only customer service trained person in the hotel. Got the option to ”get some kind of discount next time”. Next time will not happen. Got woken up at 6 in the morning from the fire alarm. The personnel did not give any security instructions nor was it clear where the gathering point was. The customerss had to ask if it was okay to get back to the room after the alarm went silent, as no-one told us anything. We never knew what made the alarm go off. Breakfast personnel was terribly unfriendly and was very uninterested in helping. Saw how they took away a cup from a table that the customer just told wasn’t finished, under grumpy manners. Lastly the receptionist evidently didn’t know that much about Tallinn. I asked if the national library was available for visitation without a membership card. She didn’t appear to know about the whole library nor did she manage, during her google search, to see that it was temporarily closed for renovation so our visit there was totally useless.

Nice facilities and location. Spacious and beautiful room with nice views. Not too hot nor cold. Nice breakfast selection.

We went to have a late lunch, they directed us straight to the restaurant side, it would have been nice to know or given an option to go also to the lounge side with more lunch options, as a first time quest we didn’t know. Anyway the food was great! While I was having a relaxing bath, I noticed some black hair in the bath, I quickly got out!There was black hair also on the bathroom floor. I did tell the frontdesk about it. Staff was friendly.

Lot of noisy people at fridaynight, sleeping was impossible until 3 am. Totally annoying.
