Shower water leaked onto bathroom floor due to no rubber trim around the shower door so mat kept getting soaked. Other than that it was a perfect stay!

Perfect location for exploring the old town. Breakfast good - good amount of choice, hot and cold. Rooms very well decorated and furnished. Bed extremely comfy.

The location is unreal literally steps away from everything.The room was spacious and so comfortable.Breakfast was superb with a wide variety of choices and completely self service which really worked as there was no waiting around.There were plenty of staff if needed.The staff were so friendly and really made us feel welcomed.They really engaged with us throughout our stay.I couldn't praise them enough.

My room was a little small compared to many places I've stayed in.

Very good hotel, staff were excellent and helpful. It is in a quiet location so quite peaceful. Food in the restaurant was of a very high quality, again with excellent staff. The area is the old town, so very accessible to small cafe's and places to eat, that you can walk to. Standard of the hotel room was very high, with comfy beds, and professional decor. It is exceptionally clean.

The windows were not able to open and there were no dark curtains, so it was very light during the night.

The rooms could have had more comfort and charm. The room’s furnishings, fabrics were not consistent with the quality and beauty of the public areas of the hotel.

Very little. Perhaps a little noisy around 1/2am from returning revellers, but easy enough to shut window until they’d moved on.

Recently refurbished, it has a fresh, clean new feel about it, and the staff - without exception - were charming and helpful. Excellent breakfast, and our room was filled with sunshine all day.

The room was quite small, the twin bed was also a bit small which wasn’t that comfortable. The bath tub was so high, had to use the stool they provided to climb up, kind of risky for a pregnant woman.

Great location, right in the old town. Quite new hotel with good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and had everything needed.

Would have liked a little more room in the bedroom. It was adequate but, on passing, I noticed larger bedrooms on the premises.

The hotel was in a quiet, central location. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. There was a wide range of options for breakfast. The only criticism is that some of the hot options were a little too cool in temperature. There were, however, plenty of alternative cold options.

I travel a lot and stay at high end places. I expect a lot, however, the hotel lack in a few areas. Standard breakfast, nothing special, no option to have eggs, etc cooked to order. No hand sanitizer, body lotion, hand lotion, etc in room. And cheap, hard, scratchy tissues and toilet paper. Not impressed.

The restaurant food was a little ordinary- they are trying for a fine dining experience- but as yet the dishes not hitting the mark in terms of quality.

The path to the room was kinda mazey but that is inevitable as the hotel is imbedded to the city wall.
