This is nit picking but I would definitely recommend to re-do the reception floor/arrival area as it does not give justice to the hotel - in comparison to the hallways and rooms, the reception (design and cleanliness wise) was nowhere close.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms, even the standard ones were clean, well designed, bright. Also the hallways seemed to be recently updated. The brekfast bar - 10/10! Great selection, fresh, also caters for both sides sweet/salty breakfast goers. Also the restaurant itself was beautiful and also well designed.

Relatively narrow rooms, half of the bathroom is in water after a shower.

The hotel is in a great location; everything is reachable by walking. A delicious and fresh breakfast is definitely offered.

The only thing that caused us some discomfort was parking. The hotel claims that there is free parking available, but when we arrived, we were confused because there were no directions to the hotel parking. We had to call the staff who told us to park next to the courthouse (?) nearby where parking is free during the weekends. Then, as we came to the hotel, I learned that the hotel actually does have a parking area of its own, but I still don't know how one can access it... Very confusing. Not sure how this works on weekdays when there's no free parking at the courthouse.

I liked everything.

I liked everything - the location is great, just some hundred meters away from waterpark, Ahhaa center, old city. Breakfast was great - nice restaurant, good view, lots of food (even pancakes with fresh strawberry jam). Free parking for my car at the back of hotel.

Cozy hotel, especially I liked books in halls that you take to the room. Great place to stay in Tartu.

Although the room was clean, there were spots of dirt on the floor carpet, it seemed that the floor was covered in sand.

Hotel was near to the city center and old city. AHHA and aura aquapark was literally 5 min to go. Breakfast vas really good.

The location is pretty good - just on the outskirts of the old town but a straight and easy walk in. The parking was good as it was right at the hotel, but there are a limited amount of spaces - although we got lucky every time. It's nice and spacious in the rooms, and there is cool artworks throughout. Breakfast was very tasty.

Rooms get too hot. As a regular customer experienced that both in summer and winter. Being “environmentally friendly”, their air conditioning was off. In my mind it comes on customer dispense. For that reason we always prefer rooms towards courtyard where you can open the window. Not sure why, but this time the cleanliness was not on the top quality. There were pretty harsh stains on the chair, had to put the towel on it to sit on. Had to ask extra pillows as there were only 2 in the room and they were pretty flat. Be aware of parking-there are limited spaces and hard to get them as it is 1st come, 1st serve basis.

Excellent breakfast, very comfortable bed, quiet as we always prefer the room towards courtyard. Rooms towards courtyard also have an option to open the window which is important as rooms get too hot. Good value for money compared to other quality hotels in the centre of the Tartu.

Do not take room on thr road side. Very busy and very noisy. Probably windows quality not the best, unfirtunately… Our room had airconditioning, but probably because of low season it was disvonecyed from electricity…and no possible to open the window…lack of fresh air…

Location is very good. Very central. All favourite land marks and museums could be reached on foots. Exept National museum if Estonia (is 2,5km/ ~30min) seemed for us far away 🤣🤣 Good breakfast

There was a small misunderstanding with parking, it was hard to find, so we left car on the main street near the entrance first. It would be good to post among hotel pictures this parking map reception lady showed us during check in, so the navigation would be easier and no hurry and nerve

Excellent location, amazing breakfast. Actually, during past year it was greatest breakfast - not so many item to choose between, but everything looks so tasty and attractive that you want them all. Very convenient that in the evening restaurant is available on the 1st floor with many high kitchen dishes and fresh draft beer. amazing city view from the room. Room itself is nor big, nor small - good size, very convenient. For kids there are board games and books available. Good to have more games in english, latvian or russian. Very tasty sweets on reception
