There were two little mattresses on one big bed, made it little uncomfortable. Could hear people from corridor and children were jumping up and down upstairs so it made bouncing noise.

Rooms are worn out, and refurbishment is needed. The breakfast is very ordinary, nothing special. TV screen has problems, some stripes on the screen.

Reasonable price level in the suburb of Tartu which means 5 min taxi drive to the city center. Free parking. Breakfast is included in the price. Helpful staff.

The room was too warm, had to open the window during the night. But as it was -10C outside, then had to close it again soon. The bathroom was big but I missed the place where to put all my cosmetics and personal stuff. It was just a tiny shelve in front of the mirror. I also missed the hanger for the shower - had to keep it in my hand. The hotel needs a renovation soon.

Very comfy beds, good value for money, nice balcony. The check-in was super fast and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy to reach by car. The national museum is close.

It was supposed to be 1 big bed but it was two beds pushed together. So in the middle of the night there was a danger of falling down in between the two beds because the floors were not carpeted underneath them and they slipped apart. Also who puts two blankets for a couple.

Not in the city center but very close if you are by car. Quite a good breakfast and staff were nice also. Easy check-in even after the reception is closed. Safe and free parking. Car wash at the yard if you need it.

For the triple room, we could not book the room+breakfast. The breakfast needed to be paid separately.

Reasonable hotel. Good value for money. 3 single beds in a triple room - as we needed. Reasonable breakfast.

Sound insulation is questionable. So do not be shy and speak to your neighbour early on to settle any potential problems. Like a TV he or she might forget to switch off before falling asleep!

Overall a lovely hotel. A large room and a decent breakfast (mostly nordic/english, no baked goods for you sweet tooth). Premises close to the wonderful Estonian National Museum and a manor park to take a stroll is just accross the road. Most comfortable if you are by car. However, pedestrians can benefit of citybike/scooter services that are available near the hotel (if it is the season).

The walls were made of paper, we heard the neighbours extremely loudly, every time their phone rang (many times) we thought it was our phones, because it sounded so loud and we also heard all of their conversations and tv. In additon, there were a lot of weird spots/dirt all around the room - on the walls, in the bathtub, on the couch and carpet.

In the shower, the water spreads everywhere, making the whole floor wet.

For that cheap price, I didn't expect such a place at all, everything was perfect. Breakfast was included in the price and was really good. Would stay here again for sure.

Can't complain too much although the young chap at check in did seem to lack knowledge of the town when we asked for some recommendations but we laughed about it and he was a very nice chap.

Fabulous rooms, comfortable, clean and with a lovely balcony. All very bright and spacious and a substantial breakfast to get you through the day. Short walk to the town, yet also located on a bus route, and excellently located for the Estonian National Museum.
