Lovely staff, gorgeous facility. We took a rooftop room in the back of the hotel overlooking the church bell tower. Lovely. The sauna was clean and new. The pool was great, with lots of bubbles and waterfall.

The service is excellent and the entire hotel seems to be recently renovated and in very good condition. The rooms are very stylish and equipped with premium Hästens beds. Anthony and his staff were very helpful and kind and we wish them only the best.

Hotel Regent Tallinn was lovely. The staff could not do enough for you and helped make the wonderful stay even better. The pool was a smallish spa pool that soothed away the aches and pains of walking around the cobbled streets in the old town . The Italian restaurant was brilliant and the Lasagne was the best my partner has ever tasted. The hotel was located within 5 minutes of the main square and in a quiet road. If ever we return to Tallinn which feels like a fairytale city we will definitely return to the Hotel Regent

We where a group of friends celebrating birthday in lovely Tallinn. We arrived late and hungry and even though the restaurant where closed they opened it so we could eat. The room was amazing and the staff was so nice to us. We thought we booked for two days and when we found out the day after they fixed so we could stay another day. The location was great too. I would recommend this hotel too everyone. Thank you for a lovely stay!!☺️

The hotel is very nice, the location is great, absolutely quiet outside, the room and the bed were marvelous. We really enjoyed the breakfast that was served from the menu and fresh from the kitchen instead of queueing in crowdy buffets. A big recommendation for this place!

The hotel was very expensive. We happened to come when The Weekend was there in concert so rates were very high but it seemed excessively high. We asked for a quiet room and we were supposed to get one on the courtyard. It wasn’t ready when we returned in the afternoon so they gave us one on the street they said was quiet. It wasn’t really quiet. You could hear the elevator going up and down and people talking in the street.

This hotel is in Old Town but on a quiet street so it’s not as busy. The room was large. The bed was comfortable. The staff were nice but English wasn’t necessarily a strength.

In first room there wasn't air-condition at all, but we changed it. No buffet breakfast, a la carte selection very basic. No water pressure in shower, almost impossible to have a proper shower. Bath room amenities (body lotion, shampoo etc were expired 4 years ago and were already opened by previous guests). Unfortunately no 5-star hotel experience at all.

Our stay in this hotel was a nightmare! this hotel doesn't match five stars but bad three stars. The hotel was very cold and the restaurant didn't work in the hotel. Lunch and dinner you can’t eat at the hotel. There is also no alcohol available and there they can’t make a gluehwein (hot wine). When we asked about the gym, the staff wondered if we really needed the gym in the next morning. Because The runway didn't work and all the electronics were in the sauna and pool rooms in the water. There was water on the runway and there was a shower next to the runway. People used this shower next to the runway after a sauna or pool. All this was very unsafe and the fire requirements were not met. The electronics were in the water and were ruined. The runway didn't work. The hotel rooms were very cold. The heating was only switched on when we arrived, and until the night the room didn't warm up and needed clothes to sleep. It was impossible to swim in the pool for a long time, because the pool had been overdosed with chlorine and very code in the eyes. After visiting the pool rooms, eyes were red and inflamed for several days. Breakfast was very poor. Breakfast doesn't match the five-star hotel. There was very little food and there was not enough food for the guests. The ordered omelet was overcooked and was bitter. The food was not replenished, even though we had came for breakfast in time and there were other customers who had nothing to eat. The juice cups were empty and they didn't fil up. On the breakfast table was only what was in the picture (I added a picture). There were no vegetables at all - no tomatoes or cucumbers. The hotel owner treats customers very aggressively and spoke to us in an aggressive tone and said that if we don't like something to go to another hotel! I'm not really advising anyone to go to this hotel!

I am very dissatisfied. Very cold room. Radiators do not perform their function. The owner's attitude is very negative, if not kicking us out of the hotel if we are not satisfied. The treadmill is located in the area between the pool and the sauna, as a result the entire floor is wet and the treadmill was connected to electricity. Also, the shower is located a meter from the treadmill. In the morning, when I go to the running track - it does not work, the administrator can confirm... As it turned on, it turned off after a moment. How can you put sports equipment between the pool and the sauna where the humidity is high and it is not possible to do sports in those conditions. This is illegal! Breakfast was a mixed bag several times. Also, we made a table reservation for breakfast the day before, which was not done when we arrived in the morning and we were seated at the entrance where everyone walked by.

The attitude of the service staff was very pleasant.

The sound proofing could be much better. We could hear clearly the regular snoring of our neighbour. There is not enough fabric in the room to absorb the echo in the room. It was like an echo chamber.

We were probably one of only 3 guests, the staff was clearly disturbed that we wanted to stay in the hotel. No smiles, bored faces, we felt totally unwelcome. Room was cold, no reading lamps by the bed, only ceiling light.
