Cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing, apartment is really worn down. Rugs were very dirty, do not seem to be cleaned for sometime already. Curtains dusty and greyish. Bed sheets and towels were washed, but had some stains on them and were not pleasant to use. No real parking available, only public paid parking, but not far away.

Location, location, location :) Very good location which met our planned activities. Close to ferry terminal and to Old Town. Mini Golf in the close mall. Area is still under a lot of construction, but has some cosy restaurants around. Complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch.

we did not like the fact that all the books that were on a bookshelf were in russian and from russian writers. we don't support and don't tolerate russians and russia as a country and as a culture so it was kind of distracting and disappointing for us to see it. if it was my place, i would consider moving those books out of the room. something was inside the extractor in the toilet. we hope it was just a lot of dust, not mold...

the place was clean (except one spot in toilet), the location was convenient. the housekeeper was nice and explained everything understandable.

The best place you could've asked for, to stay in on your holiday! You'll have the entire place for yourselves!! Everything, I mean literally everything was there, prepared to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including the iron, ironing board, toiletries, tea and coffee, fully equipped kitchen, even fresh flowers on the table. The bed linen smell very fresh !! The host was extremely helpful and attentive. We will come back to stay in this place again!! Thank you 😊

Very nice and clean flat. Has everything what you need for short stay. Modern aera with walking distance to the old town. Plenty of fancy restaurants around :) Rimi hypermarket just about 5min walk. Definitely recommend!!!

There was an ongoing construction works across the street. We could hear the work and busy road while having the windows open (during the day) but it didn't bother us much. When windows were closed, it was nice and quiet.

We were 3 people. 2 slept in a bed, one on a couch. Bed was very comfortable, couch was okay but obviously not as comfy as bed. We enjoyed the Rotermann Quarter and the closeness of the old town. Enjoyable walks in every direction and everything literally 'around the corner', which is exactly what we wanted. It was nice to have free coffee and tea, we were also provided with hand sanitizer & with products for having a shower. The apartment had everything we needed for our 2 night stay - as a bonus, it had a washing machine and a dishwasher (we didn't use them though but it was good to know we could, if we needed to). The weather was nice so we didn't spend much time in the apartment but the time we did, we felt comfortable.

I would only suggest investing in blackout curtains. Maybe a combination of curtains for people who like to sleep in a dark room and others who like to sleep with street light.

Practically everything! In fact I would not mind living there for a long term stay in Tallinn 😉 The apartment was so so comfortable!

I still wish I had noticed this email sent to me earlier and that I wouldn't have had to contact the lodge's customer service because it was an absolutely horrible experience. I had traveled with my baby to Tallinn and was looking for that accommodation according to the address, Roseni 10. Since the correct address is Roseni 12 (I didn't know it) I called customer service. The problem wasn't really difficult, but in an instant it developed into a huge issue, and this young woman almost shouted at me after some minutes, that she had sent me an email where she told me the necessary things. She kept repeating this phrase. The day went so, that I didn't have time to open that email, I don't get email notifications. So even though she knew I hadn't read it, she should have realized that there's no use yelling at me about that email. I said she should instruct me over the phone (how hard can that be?!). Oh, how impolite she was. I could say, her behavior was outrageous. Her job is to provide customer service, but she does not seem to have even an idea what a good customer service is. Why is this Estonian customer service still so horrible and so deeply in that Soviet time, young people still don't understand anything about it. Estonia wants tourists, but such a simple situation causes panic. The baby's travel cot was a little broken, the headboard was broken. The floor below all the cupboards and beds was very dirty and dusty, so I had to start cleaning right away (fortunately there was a vacuum cleaner). I also bought a new cleaning cloth because the previous one smelled absolutely awful. Tv didn't work (signal too weak). The clock on the wall was broken. The carpets on the floor were very dirty. I stayed for two nights and both nights I had to stay awake a few hours because there was so much noise from the car road coming into the apartment. And like many others, I was also missing blackout curtains.

The apartment was quite good. Location in itself was very handy of course. The bed was good. The beddings and towels were clean and nice.

One of the windows is not airtight and it can get cold inside during the winter. I asked the host to fix it, but he wasn't able to, as he was out of town. In the end I got a cold to show for it.

The only issue -- the booking e-mail was misleading regarding the address, it read Roseni 10, whereas it was actually Roseni 11 (so took a few extra rounds around the wrong building and a call to the owner) :)
