We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FinlandSpa services need to be booked separately and in advance. The cleanliness of the room could be better, and it's really difficult to avoid bringing beach sand to your room after swimming.
The hotel location on the beach and the sea view from the room are fantastic. The building itself is elegant and they have a good hotel restaurant in which the breakfast is served.

EstoniaWe visit Rannahotelli once a year. I have never been disappointed. The rooms are cozy, nicely decorated and clean - the view from the window directly to the sea. A big plus is the air conditioning in the rooms (from this year). The atmosphere of the hotel is resort-like. Breakfast has a very large selection. For coffee lovers - the coffee is especially good! The service is very pleasant and polite. The location of the hotel is the best you could wish for a beach holiday in Pärnu - right on the beach by the beautiful promenade. When staying at the hotel, it is worth paying attention to the architecture of the building. It is a national cultural monument from 1937. I recommend having a nice ice cream cocktail on the hotel terrace after a nice day at the beach :)
