This is a matter of preference, but the bed is very soft. At breakfast, it would be great if the buffet items would be labeled with food allergens. We are aware that you can always ask the staff.

Overall, the hotel is a very good place to stay right in the heart of Tallinn. Having a huge parking lot behind the hotel is an additional bonus. The staff is always very attentive and helpful. The room was overall clean, but it could do with a deep clean - there was plenty of dust on the upper walls and behind the TV. Apart from that no obvious concerns about cleanliness. The bathroom was spacious and had strong and warm shower. Also, unlike some other bathrooms in the hotel (which we encountered in earlier stays), this one didn't tend to flood. We appreciated the fact there was a kettle and complementary tea and coffee. Breakfast is quite good with plenty of choices.

We extended our stay and we had to change rooms but the new one was way smaller than the previous one and with no coffee/tea, even though the other room had it (the room price was the same). Also, no power outlets next to the bed. We had to unplug the fridge to be able to charge our phones. No amenities in the room. We were a bit dissapointed with all that.

The location is great and the staff very helpful. Very comfortable beds.

Close to Freedom Square and the Old Town, on a quiet side street in central Tallinn. Very clean and comfortable double room with power shower. Extremely knowledgeable & helpful staff. Would recommend to family & friends without hesitation.

Location was central, next city government!!! Room was normal - we booked usual, normal room. Breakfast was normal and good. In the reception there was a person who communicated with us in Estonian! This was the most impressive fact for me as an Estonian person from South-Estonia.

The room was cold, bath a bit high to step into, and fridge goes off when go out, so if need to keep anything chilled it goes in bin as goes off.

The room walls are very thin. You can hear everything, next door, corridor. When someone closes a door during night it will wake up most of the people. I stayed there in November, not many people, it was tolerable , during peak season could be a different matter.
