When we first arrived it looked very unappealing from the front but we then discovered that the house is split into different apartments and Sunrise majutus entrance was at the side

It was in a very good location and was extremely quiet at night. The communal area was a really good idea and the bedroom, although very compact, had everything you’d want for a short stay. The building was quite old and quirky but had a certain charm. The owners had tried to include everything anyone might need- umbrellas,washing machine,bbq etc. We enjoyed our stay there. The spiral staircase wasn’t a problem for us but perhaps not ideal for anyone with mobility issues

Kind staff, great location for main city objects, but also very quiet street. Very sweet of the owner that in kitchen is cookies,candies and coffee all the necessary things to make meal and feel like at home.

While the hosts were trying to do their best to sort the WiFi issue, it remained throughout my stay - not the best situation, especially if one needs to work online. There was a problem with the door lock (room #2), and the handshower in the bathroom did not work, but something tells me these will be fixed before long. In a great scheme of things, it's not a big deal. :)

Warm and wonderful hosts welcomed me in a unique accommodation situated in an easy walking distance of the open market (defo recommend for all your green grocery needs) and the beach, not to mention various cafés, restaurants, shops that seem to be scattered all over Pärnu with a reckless abandon. The number one thing about this place was the Quiet (something that the upscale Ammende Villa failed to produce) - despite there being other guests in the house. Mutual respect and a friendly attitude ruled this roost. The kitchen offered all one would want - kettles, utensils, tea, coffee, and even cookies and candy. The bed was comfortable, and AC worked like a charm.

My room had multiple electric outlets near the bed, so I could charge my phone & laptop while using them in bed! Also the toilet had a bidet! Having a common room with a fully equipped kitchen was very nice too.

A comfortable and homely little guesthouse. Very close to the beach and the city center, but located on a quiet side street. Provides an opportunity to feel the authentic charm of this small resort town. It is well suited for a longer stay, because the rooms are spacious and you can use the kitchen and washing machine.

The room was tidy and had a private bathroom. I had a rather good view over the city of Pärnu. Wifi was working well. Parking for cars was available. Host was friendly and had some jokes prepared. The living room and kitchen was comfortable and convenient to use.

From the first moment the owner was so good. He help me with the super big baggage. He change my room bcs it was better to me 1st floor with the big trolley. The common area is really nice, the kitchen has everything. The room where I was is simply perfect. A lot of space, clean, has a table, sofa.... I really love the place and Pärnu beach. Specially with snow. Is perfect.

We stayed 2 nights in room # 4. All 5 rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd levels of a 3 story beautiful older residence. We had a quiet and clean room on the 3rd level which was up one flight of spiral stairs from the 2nd floor level. The large 2nd level day/dining/kitchen room had all of the dishes ,utensils ,pots, and appliances to make your own meal. Located on a quiet residential street it is about 1 km to the old town. Free parking on site. Full service food store and restaurant is about 400 meters away. The food store has hot take out lunches or dinners. Has A/C for those hot summer days. We had pre-reserved time at the historic and carefully renovated Hedon Spa, a short drive away.
