Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FinlandWe were on the third floor which has, a smokers room at the of the corridor. ts door was so leaky that the stale smoke smell pervades the corridor and seeps into the rooms (though at least the windows can be opened, still). Bin in bathroom was full as we arrived and was never touched by the time we left No shower gel left in tub. We asked at reception - while room service did bring up an extra pillow, we never got the shower gel.

FinlandOn the floor, there is a smoking room (balcony). Despite our room being on the opposite side there was a smell of cigarettes in the hall. An armchair in the room was very dirty (old dirt, which was not cleaned for a long time). The sauna was not so powerful. The max I could get from her was 60C degrees.

Kristal, Roman and front office staff are very courteous, respectful, and helpful. Good customer service. It is a great location for public transportation and close to the Tallinn International Airport. The Bus stops for many buses going in both the directions (to the city center and suburban areas) are less than 100 meters. The busses run every 10/15 minutes. The breakfast is excellent. There are good choices for both vegetarians and others.

Place looks like it has not been renovated for 10+ years. Things arent far from the Hotel but nothing is walking distance.
