The spa is very crowded on a holiday. Very slippery tiles in the SPA area. Definitely need pool slippers to move around safely.

Couldn’t get good sleep, since the pillows were like rocks and my next was very stiff the next morning. Also, parking should be free for quests who stay the night in the hotel, and not pay 15€

Everything was very well thought of, the spa area super nice and clean and loved the atmosphere. Staff were extremely nice and you could feel the warmth. Rooms nice and clean and loved the fact that they cave children also mini spa hotel slippers and kids towel poncho ( first spa hotel we have seen doing this in Estonia ). Definitely want to go back

The prices are way too high, guys!... This is Tartu, not Tokio :). For the Superior Rooms and above, the Salt Centre could be included into Spa experience as well, not Sauna Centre only. I was unlucky asking for quiet room but getting some armchair or eve bed moving above my head all night long. I am not sure was it from the guests or it was some maintenance room above me, but noise was sincere...

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was neat and clean. The Spa bag was a pleasant surprise, fancy way to spoil the guest. The breakfast was fresh, with large assortment and nice touch of champagne for hangovers :).

I think everything was perfect. Very good parking facilities. At first I was a little worried about the room, as I was hoping to an upgrade (unfortunately the deluxe room was booked already), everything turned out to be superb. 5 of us fitted nicely in the room. The room was very clean and nice. The spa was just literally next to our room and the spa was amazing. The breakfast was perfect. Coffee was delicious. I would like to thank all the staff for the stay, but especially Richard and Ragne. They made the stay for us very special and unforgettable. They were just brilliant. Thank you! You made my daughters birthday very special.

You should definitely think about free parking! On Saturday, there were a lot of people in the SPA area who were not hotel visitors - so it was difficult to enjoy peace and relaxation!

The parking of the hotel is very expensive, there is a small space for the car on the street to pay less. That's not nice. For one day fee you can visit the spa either until 12:00 or from 14:00. If you want to visit from morning to evening you need to pay for a second day.

Very good location, close to the city center, near all shops. Super SPA and pool. Everything is perfect. A very tasty and rich breakfast - there is everything. Ideal for recreation with children or relax.

Very good hotel with nice SPA water and sauna zone. Breakfast was so good with different meal - "Swedish table". Free parking possible on saturday and sunday near to hotel. Near the Hotel is walking street , on this street periodicaly is make small private marketing places with local - Estonia manufacturer production!

The staff was professional and polite and as friendly as always. This is one of my favorite hotels in Estonia! The service is always very welcoming and polite, rooms are nice and with beautiful interior. Beds are large and comfortable. Spa is also one of the best in Estonia - many excellent saunas and cozy relaxing areas. I always recommend this hotel :)

I always want to have at least 2 rooms travelling staying with kids. Would be good to have room service after 22:00.

Location was good once you find it :) Google maps for some reason takes you to the wrong corner to access the hotel entrance; it took us sort of to the spa area instead, which is inside a large mall. We had to go down to the parking level to cut across to the hotel from there but eventually found it. It's literally less than a 5 min walk from the bus station. When you arrive, just walk south on Soola one block and the hotel entrance is at the corner of Soola and Aleksandri. Other con is that the shower water pressure wasn't great and the temperature kept fluctuating, periodically becoming really cold as well as scalding hot for a few seconds throughout the shower time.

Room was spacious and well-appointed, and the hotel overall is of a high standard. The bathroom had a fully-enclosed shower (not a given in Europe), though there was a small gap between the door and the glass panel but luckily not too much water got through to wet the bathroom floor. Alternative pillows are available. Staff was friendly. Included breakfast at Joyce for no extra cost was a great touch and there were a lot of options at their breakfast buffet (eggs cooked a variety of ways, oatmeal, sausage, croissants and breads, fruit, cottage cheese, and a lot more). We also made use of the basic spa package which was great (did not do Sauna World or Salt World, but they are just separate gated entrances off the main spa room, which had plenty to enjoy including several types of Jacuzzis, saunas, and pools). I would certainly stay here again and would recommend to anyone.
