The location was not the best, but in the summer I am sure it feels better. The staff was friendly but sometimes a bit stiff. For example we were not allowed to borrow a table knife to our room from the restaurant. The adult spa was a bit overpriced in our opinion. Breakfast was a bit crowded in the mornings so we had to queue to get in

We came for the spa and it was better than we thought. There were a lot of different saunas and pools. The spa was connected to the water park where you could purchase entrance for extra cost. This was also a hit with the kids. There was a playground quite close to the hotel. The rooms are quite basic but ours was spacious and comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!

Greate breakfast, even some gluten free / lactose free options available. Dinner was not so good but still was ok :) Greate spa zone, especialy if you pay extra for 18+ zone

Our friends stayed in a corner room, which was very cold. Pools and water park were overly crowded, particularly on weekends. It seemed that the facilities were unable to accommodate the influx of guests, leading to overcrowding and diminished enjoyment.

My friends and I recently stayed at this hotel. One aspect that stood out to us was the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The room was very outdated, could use some updating. Also, we ended up having to pay 10€/night for our 3 year old who was going to sleep in our bed with us. Even though we didn't need a bed for her, they charged us extra just by her being in the room. I thought that was silly..

The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was good (but not great), the room was quite clean, and the pool/sauna/waterpark was actually very nice! Having them all close to each other was very convenient, especially with being about to walk straight into the Atlantis H2O park (it was actually a bit confusing to get to it, but once you figure it out the first time then you're good). Also there was a big playroom for kids/toddlers. THAT was really great for my 1 and 3 year old.

The staff was not very kind. The pub had a very bad service.

We had a triple rom an a suite. The triple room was ok but the bathroom was kid poor with shower curtains. The suite was great! With its two spas and waterpark and its slightly out of town location. They also have very features like an on-site cinema, saarema mud sauna and honey sauna. It's a Pub just beside. Great hotel.

Always lines on 2 elevators, also staff uses same 2 elevators and all 8 floor customers. Cannot use your own HDMI cable on tv, tv locked, cannot watch movies from laptop. No air condition.

Breakfast was exceptionally good, daily buffet possibility. Location very good, all shops, restaurants nearby. Room view was nice, silent. Spa sauna's were nice. And water park possibility for kids.

Room was extremely hot and there was no ac or then it was not on. Weather was rather cold when we were there so we managed to sleep with window open for the night but I cannot imagine how it would work if it’s hot weather.

Easy access to spa and facilities. Kids loved these water slides and warm water.
