Actually, everything was satisfying.

The food was spectacular and the staff were friendly. Different cuisines every day was offered(Special thanks to Chef Yasser). The beach was superb and the water was crystal blue. Such a delight to swim in and enjoy the underwater beauties. It was indeed an enjoyable holiday. Thank you Grand Oasis

Gym: This is a total disappointment. Covered with shade nets, just 6 old machines to work out. I think the gym is there to say we have a gym. Concierge: I wanted to book a desert tour but nobody at the hotel could help me. I felt like they wanted to help me but they didn’t know how. How is it possible that there is nobody at the hotel to book a simple tour.

Location: The airport is only 12 minutes away. The hotel is at Sharks Bay and the beach of the hotel is basically an aquarium. Once you jump into the sea, you will immediately face the kind of fish that you would see on a Ras Mohammed diving tour. Staff: Ahmed at front desk and Housekeeper Mahmoud were excellent. The staff in the restaurant area were professional. And considering these people are working 14 hours a day, I think their attitude towards tourists were great. Food: The food is good. You are definitely getting what you are paying for. I was reading some comments about food being very bad before I booked my room, and I would say to those people that you can always pay x5 price for a room next door hotel (Four Seasons) if you want better food.

All inclusive doesn't include fresh juice nor coffee nor ice cream . The room furniture is old and squeaky Wifi only works in reception No diet drinks 1

Stuff bar , not friendly not smiling not helping specially korolos in lobby he acting like he work in his Own business and the same in the beach when you ask him for drink he leave you speak in phone acting like he don't see you . stuff in bar need to be friendly and smiling and have good attitude, not like they don't care about the guests, I hope in next time they smiling and helping and they have to remember its not public cafe you can treat people as he want .

Good location, good stuff in reception specially Ahmed in night shift was very kind and helping, food was good , chef Ahmed Mahmoud was kind and he do the best also rooms was good.

The rooms are little old. The hotel needs another restaurant and better night show

Terrible attitude from the entertainment team (one of the games they play were to throw colorful powder on the beach, next to the coral reef). Sexist jokes are part of their entertaining program (terrible, it is 2022). The beach can be cleaner, someone can collect the garbage once people leave (event though visitors should do it themselves). More umbrellas should be added in the beach.

Rooms were big enough and comfy, the food tastes very good, and the beach was nice.

The room was far from lobby and pools and the restaurant because we wanted a see view.

the toilet was not really clean meaning the sink tap and the shower tap was very old and rust the floor was kind of broken the bed sheet covers looked old and the towels were not clean they had steins on them and dirty couch
