The second issue is with the stray dogs outside that bark at night. Again, this is something out of the guesthouse's control, but it can be annoying when they start barking at each other (it's doesn't happen every night thank god).

The place had a nice rustic feel with great views of the sea outside. The place was nice and comfortable and the manager was really accommodating. I would highly recommend the place.

Amazing location, away from most tourists and with an amazing view over the sea where you can swim and snorkel. Alot of cats walk around here too and they are very friendly and were great company. Close to shops and restaurants as well.

It would be much better if I could have a parasol and table at the backyard.

The room is great. It has a kitchen, kitchen ware, living room, and bathroom besides a bedroom. The house is cozy and comfortable. And I was able to see the beautiful blue sea in the morning and lovely sunset in the evening at the backyard. Its location is good and it was very quiet area. At the same time, I can reach out to the town or restaurants easily. I enjoyed this house and I wish I could stay more.

Distance from the resorts which was important for us, calmness and laid-back atmosphere of the place itself, view from the terrace, rooms size and cleanness, arrangement and concept, we liked everything! Many grocery shops are just around the corner, local city bus 100m away, and most important, sea with (literally private) beaches are 5min from the room, just a step from the back gate! And on top of all this, there is great hospitality of hosts who approached us with kindness and honesty, information about the city, and helped organize day trip. Staying at Abouseif guest house exceeded our expectations in so many ways...

The shower wasn’t amazing and didn’t have much pressure.

It was a good location with an amazing beach, the air conditioning was nice and cold and it was a comfy bed. It had everything we needed for a full week, for the price it was very good.

Everything was great.

The owner of the place was super kind and supportive. They helped us out even we are allready left there apartment. They waited for us because we arrived after midnight. The place is in excellent location if you want to experienc how the people actually live there. The sea was beautiful, huge coral reef right infront of the apartment. Also there is an equipment in the apartment for snorkeling. The place was well equipped. The roof top was excellent! The view and the sunset with the cats. We were hapy to be in this apartment.

Some things would need some repair to make the space more comfortable, like the shower and taps. But this is minor.

Location is amazing, with a free serene beach just behind the house. Great for snorkeling and swimming. :) The house itself is silent and comfortable, there are a lot of cats around, and they are super friendly and cute. The owners are very kind and helpful, whatever you need or have questions about. We really enjoyed these things about the house.

The place is very cozy and nice, all equipment is present, the owner is very hospitable and helped with everything. It has beautiful beach area with reefs and different fishes. Its very few people there and the sunset view is the best in Sharm i guess. Will be great to come back

Big room clean with all facilities. Terrace with sunset. Access to beach nearfront with beautiful marine life. Market and restaurants nearby. Host nice and helpful for any questions. A housekeeper also always available. Stayed for 3 weeks and loved it.

Great location, very affordable and easy walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Guest house backs onto the beach. No pool, but you can use the pool at the neighbouring hotels or simply use the beach which has incredible snorkelling - better than the private hotel beaches. The complimentary orange and apple juice was a nice touch and the staff arranged our airport drop off for a great price.

It would be helpful if they had provided an information sheet giving hints as to how things worked, where to get things etc. For some unknown reason, tour operators won't pick up or set down there, had to meet them at the gas station.

Staff were very helpful. It was a pleasant place to stay - an oasis after the crowds. The bed and pillows suited us well. Having a kitchenette was great.
