Quality of service: no towels the 1st day, had to 1/ call reception, 2/ call laundry 30min later, 3/ ask the cleaner 45min later. 1h30 to get towels. The 2nd day, no towels again and I asked the cleaner directly. We also asked for an iron and it took an hour (while in 2 other hotels in Egypt we got it after 5min).

A spacious room in a very big hotel complex including a big pool, beautiful garden etc. Felt like a relief/peaceful moment after visiting crowded Cairo.

Reception staff don't follow their colleagues agreement. My elderly mother and siblings stayed same hotel in suite and it was agreed for late check out at 2pm night before. On the day were forced to check out by 12 noon and had to shift to my room. I wouldn't call that a good customer service. I would recommend management to place a chair in the room than sitting on the bed.

The decor was great, staff friendly and breakfast was good. The night receptionist Yousuf was very friendly and professional. Very good guy and always smiling. Tries to exceed customer expectations. My thank to him.

Being a 5-Star, it did lack proper room conditions. Bathroom had broken tiles, the room service did not bother to clean the floors during all the days.

Rooms are dated. The finishing in the bathrooms and shower areas need addressing. Showers either too hot or cold - no in between. Brings the overall rating down significantly. Worth noting Sauna and Jaccuzi operates at different times for Men and Women only. This was not made clear from the outset. Men 9am to 3pm. Women 4pm - 10pm. Not ideal when you are checking in after 3pm. Some staff need training in handling phone calls in English, as they weren’t able to understand basic requests.

The exterior of the resort and the gardens are beautiful. Loads of restaurants to choose from, food was of very good standard, especially at the seafood restaurant. Staff on the whole very friendly.

It didn’t have a 5 star service. Had to ask for something three times and it never came. Pool wasn’t heated so couldn’t use it and in house Spa was basic.

Hotel was huge and looked lovely, you need a buggy to travel to the restaurants and food was great. Lots of options for breakfast and food at restaurant was good. Location was good.

My room wasn’t clean when I checked in. The soap was used so I asked them to replace it (made me question if the room was cleaned before I checked in, even though I arrived +1 hour before check in time and they had me wait in the lobby till 2pm, so I expected it to be clean!) Room service was good though, once, I ordered a coffee and didn’t get it, when I called them the phone, it was busy.

The room was super clean but was old and not well maintained material wise, it didn’t feel like a 5 stars hotel room, the wood on the desk stained, the walls have water damage The materials of bathroom are old and outdated. The shower design was just not functional, no way to take a shower without spilling so much water on the bathroom floor. The bathroom sink was often clogged! They came super fast to fix it but it kept clogging! Internet was intermittent and was down for a full day!

The staff is super responsive, helpful and very prompt with everything Lots of Green spaces and liked a lot having a 24hrs cafe/convenience store Cleaning level is impeccable

The customer service in almasa 2 there were very rude I stayed there for one week and then moved to almasa 1 because of the greatest customer service girl it was called omnia I said I'm gonna leave but she made me stay she is so helpful
