Excellent customer service. Whenever we needed something we were attended too instantly and the staff went above and beyond to cater for us which was lovely. We felt very welcome and comfortable during our stay and the aqua park was AMAZING for our child.

United KingdomFabulous hotel! The water park is amazing, it’s fun for kids of all ages. Very clean, modern and they have a range of areas to relax. All pools are clean and lifeguards at everywhere to make sure the children are safe. The family room was spacious, clean and had a nice of view of the park and pool. Air conditioned. Lots of activities throughout the day. The food court was really pretty. The food was average but we are fussy eaters. Entertainment area in the evening exceptional! They have truly brought Egypt to life with all the statues and pyramid. Staff were always helpful. You can go into the hotel Across the road which is great as they have different slides for kids. Very entertaining for children. 100 percwnt recommend to anyone, couples who want a bit of fun with the water park, families to keep the kids busy and anyone else as it is a superb hotel! Location is great only 5 mins from farsha cafe and 10 mins to old market.

We stayed 5 nights in October with 2 children, aged 7 and 15, for a truly exceptional holiday in an outstanding hotel. I would like to start by thanking the wonderful staff at the Pickalbatros Aqua Park Hotel: Special thanks from the bottom of our hearts to Mahmud El-Masri and Almzml Al Nasir at the dining venues, Mohamed Gamal on the slides, Osama Mohamed the housekeeper and Yaseer Mohamed at the reception. Never in my life have I met such a friendly, professional, welcoming, warm, generous and service-minded group of people. Everybody, absolutely everybody, of the hotel's staff has provided us with top-quality impeccable service. The hotel's architecture and design are a fascinating combination of ancient Egyptian, Arab and Moroccan styles. The amenities are truly superb. The huge water park has kept the kids busy for hours as has the mini golf, tennis and ping pong. Hotel's guests are eligible to use the water park and food venues of the adjacent Aqua Blu hotel which makes the whole complex a virtually endless paradise of fun. We had family suite with pool access. The fabulous room in itself has turned our vacation into an even sweeter dream: it is huge with top quality amenities, very comfortable gigantic beds, quiet though powerful air conditioning, shared pool which feels totally private, free bottled water and even a complimentary plate of fresh fruits. One point which must be added: The hilarious and beautiful sculptures and figures made out of towels by Osama the housekeeper, which were exceedingly brilliant. The food is absolutely superb: Fresh, rich, varied and very tasty, virtually from dawn to late night. I highly recommend a visit to the Tagine restaurant for its amazing food, brilliant architecture and lovely atmosphere. The animation team is absolutely terrific and night shows are very impressive. Spa massage was perfect. A free shuttle to the beach also gives you a glimpse of the centre of Sharm al Sheikh.

AustraliaAll the staff are men other than Karla who is a manager and two of the animation team. I know that this is Egypt so it is cultural, but I would have loved to see more women working at the hotel. My kids only complaint was that a movie gets shown every night at 7:30pm and then when the daily kids disco starts at 8:30pm the movie gets turned off. It was a small complaint and I personally didn't mind. We popped into the kids club one day but it really seems targeted to young children and my kids did not have any interest at staying there to play or participate.
The room was very comfortable. Housekeeping did an amazing job making daily towel decorations on our bed which delighted our children. The room was the ground level which I recommend as it faces the pool and makes it easy for the kids to come and go ato the pool (especially great if your kids can swim independently). There are life guards at all pools. We enjoyed the buffet meals, especially for the first 3 days when it was a novelty. Salad bar, pasta station, local food options as well as European. By our 4th and last day the food started feeling repetitive but the kitchen and waiting staff work tirelessly to make our stay enjoyable. My daughter turned 9 here and the team gave her a cake and a birthday song which she loved and made her feel very special. My one gripe was that the coffee is Nescafe or very average machine coffee, but then I discovered that the Lobby Bar (open 24/7) serves espresso and is a great spot to hang. It's not amazing coffee, but not bad either. The slides are heaps of fun. We went on all of them many times. There is a kids play area that all my kids (6, 9 and 10) enjoyed with many slides and a big water bucket that pours on your head. Then there are 3 bigger slides for older kids and adults that use inflatable rafts. You have to be 120cm for one of the rides and 130cm for 2 of them. We are Australian and come from a country that doesn't tip, so it's a foreign custom for us, but just a heads up, Egypt is a country where tips are common and often expected, especially in tourism. The guys work really long hours and don't get paid much and they really appreciate a tip. The evening shows were good and then the second half of each show is sort of a game where guests are invited to come on stage and it was really funny. I haven't laughed that hard in ages. The mini golf (free) is great in the evening as it cools down. We loved it and played every evening.

Special thanks to Mr. Ali from F&B department, his care for every single detail was very high, deeply appreciated for his efforts. Front office was very helpful specially Mr. Amr Adel. He took care of us very kindly, directed us professionally and Mr. M. Naeem did everything smoothly. The cleaning was also good, food quality, animation satisfied us, highly recommend this hotel if you consider going to Sharm.

The reception staff was kind and professional, always ready to assist. The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, with well-maintained facilities. Increasing security personnel could enhance safety. The beach and shuttle services were enjoyable; more on-site activities would be a plus. Overall, our stay at the Pickalbatros Aqua Park Sharm El Sheikh hotel was memorable. With a few minor improvements, it could become an even more outstanding destination for travelers.
