Since most people staying there are either arabic or russians, we were mostly adressed in russian by other guests or staff. I dont understand why all the pools, slides and serving facilities closed as early as 5.30 p.m The sun didnt set until around 7.30 p.m The property is quite big so expect a bit of walking. Only 3 of all the slides were any good for bigger children (about age 8 and upwards), the rest are for smaller children, but you could use all the slides at the neighbouring hotel which had a lot more to offer. The amount of food thrown because of the way people were indulging themselves at the buffet should be adressed by the management.

Amazing facilites, very friendly and helpful staff. Our rooms were enormous. Very good food. Ice cream, crepes etc served by the pools. Free shuttle to the beach where you could have food and drinks (all included).

It took us so long to get the rooms. I recommend additional shows because we watched the same show every night... you better bring some new bands.

The aqua park was exceptional, safe and fits all ages. The food was good also.

There is a lot of variety of food but it lacks taste and quality. Every day, same repetitive dishes, especially the desserts. Ice cream was mostly finished at the counter. Even the shows were repetitive, performances should be different everyday. Faces a lot of problems with the keys every time the key card stopped working and we have to go all the way to reception to activate it. Very bad experience in the spa. Staff in the spa was highly unprofessional and was not expecting this from a five star hotel spa

Amazing facilities and resort. Lot of activities for the kids. Water park is fabulous with so many rides. Life quards are available all the time all around the park. Lot of variety of food and added benefit is access to the other aqua resort. Wonderful performances in neverland

we spent a great week here. we can only recommend it to everyone. everything was clean. the programs are good, the employees are especially friendly and kind! the pools and slides are great! Our suite was perfectly clean, special thanks for that Mohamed, and every day a surprise awaited us from the folding of the towels!

Hotel is so big. Because of this everything are so far. All inclusive hotel. But only at certain hours. For example if you want to eat ice cream, it is only possible between 12.30 and 17.00. The employees do what we want, but especially those working in restaurants are not friendly. That's why I felt bad asking for something, unless I really needed it, I didn't ask for it.

Aqua Park was perfect. Foods was excellent. This hotel is perfect for the family. There are not too many people, so the aqua park is generally quiet.

Unfortunately the Food was not as good as the Resort it self . It should be better quality and should have more variablety . The kids Club is quite small and there is no in door playing ground.

The Resort is very nice and have many options available for Kids to swim , it is really safe for kids (as there are many Gards around the swimming pools) and you can keep your belongings without thinking about losing anything. The stuff were really good, friendly and help with a Smil.

Some visitors wear Cotton cloth in the Aqua, which is not good for the Hygiene.

Thanks to the Hotel they upgraded my room to a spacious room with 1 extra bed (Sofa). The Aqua park is great. You have access also to the Aqua Blue, which is also a big aqua. The food is Excellent. The Night show is very nice (Adults & Kids). The Hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. We enjoyed our stay:)

The spa was not very clean, the prices were too expensive, and the bathroom there had a strong horrible smell in the female showers and in the hallway. The spa reception was always full of male staff, around 5 man sitting on the sofa, which is uncomfortable as a woman. The food quality was not the best and the buffet facilities were always overcrowded and busy. The cocktails lacked elegance and were lazily mixed.

The attractions at this resort and the aqua blue are really nice, you can use both facilities and are for everybody, meaning you can have a lot of fun at these resorts. The shows were amazing and the style of the buildings and decorations was beautiful and created a nice environment. The location is great and taxis are readily available by the gate to take you anywhere. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable.

Pillows were too big and uncomfortable, breakfast was mediocre, could improve variety and quality. Pizza and pasta options were good but taste was a bit bland. Kids club was too small could hardly fit 4 kids at a time, old and limited toys. Seemed like no one had even mopped it in days. The resort is huge and kids club seemed very ignored keeping in mind it is a family resort.

Excellent aquapark for all ages starting from 1year. Huge variety of slides and pools. Some were heated some were normal. Access to sister hotel next to it was an additional advantage. Good and friendly staff, clean resort. Good variety of food, they had a diet corner as well but quality of food could improve more. Overall it was a good experience.

We had an outstanding stay! Everything was perfect and lovely. The room was spacious, Aqua park was so fun and entertaining. The food quality was so so good, many range of varieties to choose from. The service level was beyond our expectations! The staff is so welcoming, helpful, dedicated and attentive to details. We’d also love to thank our room housekeeper; Moataz, such a decent dedicated guy. We’ll definitely be coming back again next year! Much love!

Perhaps you could organize some more parties for guests to enjoy.

Great choice of food, fresh pita and croissants baked just for you, very tasty fruits and vegetables, grilled fish to your taste. Our rooms were taken care of by Mr. Mahmud, he is quite inventive in his towel creations and was very attentive to our needs. Our excursions were managed by Mr. Bishoy who did a great job. It was very enjoyable to chat with all the friendly lifeguards throughout the Acqua Park and Acqua Blue attractions. Children had a great time. There was a new swimming pool to try every day. Neverland show was very entertaining featuring so many talented gymnasts and dancers. Well done, guys.

Firstly when you enter the hotel reception people very nice and friendly (Hamed Ali and Victoria) very helpful for all my family. Hotel is nice and clean Restaurant food is delicious Aqua park amazing so big and so many activities I recommend the all family’s needs the visit that hotel Next time we will stay longer bcoz 5 days not enough to that hotel.

Everything was good

The food is excellent, large number of swimming pools and aqua parks. You can enjoy both Albatros aqua park and aqua blue within the same stay. The house keeper Mr. Ibrahim Zakaria was very cooperative and honest.
