Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

UkraineBad smell. I thought it would gone with open window, but it wouldn't. Looks like this smell because of ald furniture and dirty carpet. Also the curtains were very dirty, I even didn't want to touch it. Dirty tour car. Pretty dirty in general. But what did I want for this money? Mobile provider Etisalat work bad inside. There is Wifi, but pretty poor and slow (but I expected even worse).
They have cameras in the entrance and in the hall and the guy on reception control it (at least he should). Breakfast was the same everyday, but it was not poor. Friendly stuff.

However, the coffee is delicious and a great way to start the day. The location of the hotel is ideal for accessing various amenities such as shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions, making it a perfect choice for travelers who want to explore the area. The hotel is also conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to get around the city.

South AfricaI was quoted 525 dollars which amounted to 9829 South African Rands when I got there the manager confused me with saying there are taxes hence increased the price to 666 dollars and wanted cash usd. when I said I didn't have usd he brought a credit card machine. as I arrived and was tired he asked me to pay in Egyptian pounds and used the black market rate to convert. hence I ended up paying almost double for the accomodation about R26 800 south african rands

The service was great, fantastic faculties, great customer service. If you go there ask for Saad and Akram they are amazing they go over and beyond for all of the guests
